What diners say — our read

Whatever the overall score says, the last stretch of reviews is the weaker one. Opinion on front-of-house is split — those reviews land at 3.5 on average. Wait times is the next most common subject, in 27% of reviews (averaging 2.3).

The split is 13 positive to 7 negative across 22 rated reviews, with 2 in the middle. The single most common rating left here is 5 stars (12 of 22). How food arrives shows up in 23% of reviews as well, averaging 2.0.

The health record runs ahead of the reviews. The last DBPR inspection returned an A (90/100) with 1 high-priority and 2 basic violations. The visit behind that grade was January 30, 2026. The trend across inspections is decline. On health score it sits safer than 47% of the Seminole County restaurants we grade. For specifics, the last inspection cited nonfood-contact surfaces clean and insects/rodents/pests.

This is a listing where the two measures each tell half the story. Full reviews follow below in the order they were left.

This particular Longhorn isn't for me. My steak was under cooked for my liking also it had no flavor. As if it was just cooked without any type of seasoning. Also, my potato soup was super bland, again like no seasoning. Will I eat at this Longhorn again..NOPE! On the better note, my server was very nice and took good care of our table. Although my meal was the worst, I still left her a tip because she did her job. It wasn't up to her how the food was cooked.

Long horn really?? One meal on an average is like $20 to $40. then asked for extra bread to go and was told thats another $1😂 so ridiculous. I come here twice a week. And now your charged for that to go. 😂 like for principle I'd rather go anywhere else now.

The salmon sweet potatoes and asparagus is my favorite.

Noisy, but it was busy for Father's Day. Service didn't miss a beat and the food was terrific.

Wait time was 40 minutes. The place wasn't clean. My husband found a string inside his rice when he told the waitress all she did was take it with her. I order a french onion soup bowl and it was cold and had about 3 inches of cheese on top and barely any soup at all.I left out of there with a really bad stomach ache. We also were sat on a middle table in the middle of the aisle and everyone kept bumping into us it was so uncomfortable we couldn't even fit our food on the table with the appetizers and drinks.

Service was horrible today. My husband found a string in his rice, he told the waiter and instead of her offering him another one she just took the string with her. The wait time for a table was 40 minutes understandable because it's father's day. They gave us a middle table it was so small we couldn't fit the appetizers and drinks on it. My frensh onion soup was cold when I asked the waitress to have them heat it up she brought me a new one but the soup had a heavy thick layer of cheese and barely any soup at all. The soup gave me a really bad stomach ache.

Great attentive service, food and drinks on point. Highly recommend 👌

Waiter states that the bar is open because I'm a party one. I agreed to it assuming I'd get service. Waits 13 mins. No one at the bar. Decide to go back to guy and just wait on a table. Guy states it will be 25mins.

My husband and I visited LongHorn Steakhouse, as we often do, and I wanted to recognize Grace, our server. She is always phenomenal, attentive, friendly, and consistently provides excellent service. She truly takes great care of us every time we visit.Unfortunately, our most recent experience was disappointing. Later that night and into the following morning, we both experienced what appeared to be food poisoning symptoms. While my meal tasted great, my husband’s steak was extremely dry and not up to the quality we normally expect. We chose not to complain at the time because the restaurant was very busy.We ask that management ensure chefs and kitchen staff are consistently following food safety and quality protocols throughout the entire day and evening. We have noticed that food quality seems to decline later in the evening, particularly after 8 PM, and this experience has made us hesitant to return for dinner for a while. We have always enjoyed dining at LongHorn and hope this feedback helps improve consistency moving forward. Thank you.

Food way over priced. I tried the grilled lemon garlic chicken. Did not like it at all and barely ate it for the price it was not worth it. Salad was mostly lettuce. Appetizer was good bread too. Just not happy with my recent experience

First, our server Grace was excellent. The food took a lil minute to come out, but she made sure drinks were refilled and we had fresh bread. Food came out, ate it, got home, both of our stomachs were in knots. A lot of 🤮 a lot of time sitting on the porcelain god. Just was not a good night. Got up this morning, same process. Both of us are not feeling good, laying in the bed, weak stomachs, not feeling good.

Good quality steak at reasonable price. I had the NY strip which was ok. My friend had the ribeye which was better quality

  • June 8, 2026

Everything was excellent with wonderful service too! The only drawback is where you wait to be seated, the lights are so bright it almost gives you a migraine.

  • June 7, 2026

Everything was delicious, especially the brussel sprouts. The ribs, baked sweet potato, and burgers are fantastic also.

  • June 5, 2026

Visited twice in the past month and a half and service isnt what it used to be. Servers go missing for long periods of time and the quality of food is barely there. I never leave a steak behind but I did both times
