POPEYES LOUISIANA KITCHEN #117

Need to post this somewhere. My rules for ordering to pickup online. 1. Always check your order before leaving the restaurant. Mistakes seem to be coming more and more frequently. 2. Confirm the location the order is being sent to before completing the order. I've had a number of orders sent to the wrong location. Most recently happened in Subway app. Still waiting on a resolution.

My 5-star review is solely due to Vaunda working at the front register. She’s polite, punctual, and always goes above and beyond. Although I don’t know her personally, every time I visit, she’s working with a smile on her face—even in the midst of a busy day. I hope management acknowledges their staff because she truly deserves it.

I really don’t know what going on with this place but service here is terrible the waiting is ridiculous long and poorly

Vaunda was amazing and very friendly

I stopped at this location on 436 to pick up dinner for my family. Upon entering I was greeted by Demetria and Vonda who was very friendly and welcoming. My food was hot to the order no complaints. I must say, I really appreciated the CUSTOMER SERVICE I received coming home from a hard day's work, it's the small thing that are taken for granted. But it's the small things that matter.Thank you ladies for kindness.

The food was good and the trestment wad perfect and there was a person that helped us.This might have been the best popeyes trip i've done

Chicken was good, I think I got a thigh instead of breast but was still tasty.

The young lady Demetria is sooo polite and professional. The lobby is clean and she is always courteous very nice lady. I will visit again when in the area. Sometimes it takes a little longer but the food is fresh with an apology and update from her

There is always an issue at this location. Out of this, out of that etc and they take forever.

I had a genuinely great experience, thanks to one outstanding employee. Thank you, Vonda, for making my visit feel special. Your professionalism, consistency, and kindness did not go unnoticed. You were reassuring, attentive, and truly went above and beyond. You absolutely deserve recognition for your hard work!

Unfortunately, I experienced a 45 minute wait time. This was after the drive-through person forgot my order and instead serviced walk in customers only. I went inside to collect the entire order and there was still items missing or incorrect! Instead of apologizing or offering complementary food, the cashier just said shes not the manager. The manager was literally the most unhelpful and unprofessional person on the floor.
