Community Rating
Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
Whatever the overall score says, the last stretch of reviews is the weaker one. Reviewers who mention the staff rate this place 4.2 on average — it is working in the restaurant’s favour.
What nobody raises here is tidiness — it goes unmentioned across all 20 reviews. The split is 19 positive to 1 negative across 20 rated reviews. More reviewers landed on 5 stars than any other score — 16 of 20.
On the inspection side the picture is cleaner: DBPR graded this kitchen an A (98/100), with 2 basic violations. Whatever the reviews argue about, sanitation is not the weak point. That result dates from September 19, 2025. That puts it ahead of 80% of graded kitchens in Seminole County. What the inspector actually wrote up: cross-contamination and single-service and single-use items.
Nothing here pulls in opposite directions — an unusually clean read. The underlying reviews are reproduced in full underneath.

The young man who helped us on Sat afternoon was courteous, and served with a smile. Service is always great. Waffle cones are my favorite but it is a bit pricey.

Family trip to Bruster’s ice cream was amazing. So many different flavors some that I’ve never heard of but I want to try. So many options and tons of seating areas to enjoy this marvelous treat. Ordering was fast and easy process. The workers were very helpful and allowed us to try a sample. It tastes so good and taste fresh. 10/10 recommend this ice cream shop.

Everyone at this location is actually so friendly and nice, they really do have an awesome group of employees. They also do actually rotate their flavors pretty frequently which is cool to know they’re making fresh batches and switching them out as needed. Special shout out to Sarah because she went above and beyond for me the other day and was so kind.
