I love the fries. It's a little noisy but expected at lunch time.

Haven't been to Five Guys for a while. They have always been a little pricey for a cheeseburger but I never felt like I was getting ripped off. until now. If I knew they changed the fry size I wouldn't of order them. I had to check my receipt to see if I accidentally order a small instead of a large. On top of that, I know the toppings are 'free' to add them, but I guess jalapenos are breaking the bank because I would expect to get at least 2 jalapenos when I ask for them on my burger...

The Altamonte Springs location is known locally as the "Mother Ship" andis a very good friend to Uptown Altamonte Art Fest Best of Show Artist "Art By Chelsea Smith". I should know I'm Dad.

Great food and great service! They gave me more fries than I ordered, and also offered me a cup of water while I waited. That was very kind.

Staff is awesome!

They let my food get stolen then when I asked them to remake it refused to do so said I would have to contact DoorDash bout having my order stolen and were being absolutely ridiculous, said they checked the name but no way they did because I aint got my god damn food. Do not go here if u wanna acrually enjoy your meal it’ll probabaly be taken from you before you can

May 29th 8:50pm. Service was poor - didn’t want to take our order and barely spoke when they did with a lot of laughing and joking. It felt as though we were a bother by coming in. This is not a place I would recommend to anyone in this area. The Hispanic girl seemed to be the one who was alert and there. It was not a good feeling.

Burgers were good But the next day I was sick 😫🤢
-
Be aware they tend to close the store hours early. Do not depend on website. Third time I show up and they have lights on someone inside but they are closed

A BIT Expensive BUT Worth EVERY PENNY !!! AND FREE PEANUTS What's not to Love

My kids always love their burgers and their cajun fries.

Stopped in at Five Guys today and even though the place was absolutely slammed, Laura and her team were on point. You could tell they were juggling a ton, but Laura stayed calm, friendly, and completely in control. She kept the line moving, made sure everyone was taken care of, and still managed to give great customer service. Huge shoutout to her and the staff for handling a busy rush like pros. Great experience all around.

Inattentive, fdour faced, mumbling, not caring about customer, slow, terrible communication. Unfriendly. Unprofessional. Needs a whole new staff. Never coming back

This is my favorite place, they know me by name and they never disappoint, . They are nice and friendly and I get my food quickly . I love it here ❤️❤️

I really do not need my burger to be completely overtaken by mayo. I don't need warm runny mayo all over my clothes... I even asked for another top bun before I left with my burger to try to get rid of some of the mayo that was unfortunately too much juice at on the bottom bun and had even more on top. I only asked for mayo and mushrooms.... Not so generous with the four pieces of mushrooms I got that I wouldn't have even tasted or seen had I not searched for them in my mayo soup. Then when I was handed a top bun I tried to hand him the soggy one and he wouldn't take it so I had to use my takeout bag and walk out with my burger and napkins in my hand. Glad I didn't order fries. My shake was too runny and when I asked about it she said it's not as runny as it looks and walked away. I am a restaurant manager and I would be horrified if my team acted like that to a paying customer. If the product quality is bad the first time a customer visits, you loose that customer forever.... I will go back to Orange City for my five guys because this was an absolute joke.

The burgers here are absolutely delicious, but that's where the good part ends. Both free-style machines were out of carbonation for a majority of the drinks they offer. The coke was spitting out thick, black syrup into the cup which was super flat. The male employee stocking peanuts was very rude to my mom when she asked him a question instead of being helpful. Lastly, the fries were soggy; we ended up throwing half away because they were so inedible.
