Went through drive thru and used the app. When at the speaker repeated the code, the went around and the person at the first window handed me a receipt. I didn’t look at it and proceeded to the second window. Arrived at the second window, greeted by a young lady who handed me my order. As I was about to pull away the person from the first window came to the second window, and immediately and said “you told me your name is Kelly”. Nowhere at any point do I recall being asked my name. I said “oh sorry I must have misunderstood “ and was met with “hand me the receipts back”. They were very rude and highly unprofessional. That individual needs to learn how to communicate effectively with the public if they plan to have any career that is public or client facing.

Its McDonald's, nothing special...sometimes its hot, sometimes its cold.

Service was okay but my food was at best warm and they forgot my sauce I ordered

This is the Mac daddy of all McDonald’s in terms of customer service. I think All other McDonald’s should send their employees to train at this McDonald’s.

This McDonald's has always been an extremely dirty McDonald's in my opinion but sadly it's the closest to us. We ordered two hot fudge sundaes and they tasted like they were contaminated with some chemical -- like floor cleaner. I'll never go back to this location. The employees are scary looking and I don't trust them to prepare food.

The night shift was severely understaffed, which resulted in a very long wait just to get the food. When it finally arrived, the quality was awful. The burgers were completely dry and clearly hadn't been freshly made. To top it off, the coffee tasted terrible. It was definitely a bad experience all around. I will not be coming back to this McDonald's.

Always a kid moment gone just right!

I’ve worked at a McDonald’s not too long ago just because they are turning over doesn’t mean they are down just means you are getting prepared for the next menu. I was denied service at the time and came back when it was breakfast. I didn’t like the fact that I needed help and felt like the villain. It’s just straight disrespectful and uncalled for, I let my issues be known and instead of getting an understanding approach and being denied reasonably I was just treated like if I was the one in the wrong. Whatever happened to customer service is priority. Instead places like these is treat the guest with disrespect. The manager was the only one treating me with real disrespect the others who helped me just seem to follow in her footsteps but also seem reasonable. I say to those two don’t lose the fact you’re they’re there to help the guest instead of being rude. It was good to see people who care more than thinking to be disrespectful like their manager.

We hit the drive thru which we dont normally even eat at McDonald's but when traveling sometimes you do what you got to do. The staff was very friendly.

Generally the experience is not the best but today wow it took the cake. If I could give it negative 5 stars I would. It just stems from attitude, I just asked for some barbecue sauce with my meal. They forgot I turned around to grab it and the manager on duty for the morning shift today at this location just rolled her eyes and reluctantly handed it to me.

Pretty good mcdonald's, they were slammed when we reached there in the middle of the afternoon just to get some coffee. It took a little bit but they were did very well with the volume that they were putting through the drive-thru

Ordered online as i pulled in and figured i would have a long wait. It was actually really fast and the girl that brought me out my food was so sweet!! I think she was a little tall, hair pulled back with a fluffy bun that looked maybe red. And some kind of facial piercing my memory isn’t the best. But McDonald’s usually sucks service wise, want to recognize this one for being different!

Well it's Mc Donald's, what can I say. Just love the Shamrock Shakes and fries.
