I had an outstanding experience at the Olive Garden in Altamonte Springs. From the moment we arrived, the service, food, and atmosphere were excellent. A special thank you to Jose Gutierrez, whose leadership clearly shows throughout the restaurant. He was professional, attentive, and made sure every guest felt welcomed and valued. The staff was friendly, the food was fresh and delicious, and everything was handled with care and efficiency. It's refreshing to see a manager so committed to providing a great dining experience. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for exceptional service and a wonderful meal. On Sunday evening at 5:00 my wife & I met a friend there who invited us to dinner. We were seated quickly & our server was soon at our table, asking us what we wanted to drink. She returned with drinks & menus. She was very patient with my many questions. She described the entrees & made a few recommendations after inquiring about my preferences. Our food arrived shortly afterwards, as our server Elisabeth was bringing more fresh bread. As our plates were being removed, she recommended a few desserts. She is an excellent example of what a great service is all about. When you visit there , make sure to sit in her area.

Pasta is delicious, bread sticks are to die for. I always enjoy my visits.

Came in for lunch with my special needs daughter and Jose the manager and Luis the server really made it something special. There energy and aura & care made it possible to enjoy lunch with my daughter who usually has a hard time eating out. The food was on point and hot & they were very attentive and sweet. They made my day and don’t even know it. Thank you Luis!
