We absolutely love Pei Wei! We live in Seattle, but every time we visit family in Orlando, Pei Wei is one of our must-visit stops. As a vegetarian, I really appreciate that there are plenty of delicious options to choose from, and I can easily substitute tofu for chicken in many of the dishes. Some of my favorites are the Orange Tofu and General Tso's Tofu. The flavors are always fresh, satisfying, and consistently delicious. It's not always easy to find fast-casual restaurants with great vegetarian choices, but Pei Wei does an excellent job. We look forward to every visit and make sure it's part of our Orlando tradition!

I am sorry to say but we were pretty disappointed with our meal tonight. We entered the restaurant and waited for 5+ minutes for an employee to greet us. We did see a male and female employee exit the bathroom area at the same time and our order was taken. I went to use the restroom, but was so disgusted to find a cockroach in the urinal!!! Our entrees were tasty and seemed to be cooked to a safe temperature. The drink station was filthy, the floor all around it was sticky and wet from top many spilled drinks. Our table was also very sticky. The wh We tried the fried donuts and they tasted so nasty. The oil taste was awful and overpowering. They tasted like a dirty bowling alley meal. Sad to say we won't be back, the whole experience was really dirty.

This location is my favorite place. The service and the staff are professional and nice. The food is always fresh and delicious.

The best Pei Wei EVER! My husband & I were visiting from Colorado and stopped in for dinner on Fri., June 5. We were quickly greeted by Francie who is friendly and so efficient. Tiffany brought our order to us: what a gem! She greeted us with a smile, was friendly and simply just so nice! Tiffany checked on us several times and even brought two white chocolate covered fortune cookies as a treat! We saw her continuously check on other diners and also offer fortune cookies. The food was so fresh and delicious! And as the Pei Wei kitchen is open, it is always interesting to watch the cooks. The staff was working harmoniously and efficiently. Everything is very clean. As we prepared to leave, we took a minute to chat with Francie who introduced us to the GM, Amy. We shared our wonderful experience with her, Francie and Tiffany. This is an impressive staff who clearly takes pride in providing an OUTSTANDING customer service! Highly recommend this Pei Wei restaurant!

Great food and service

Since colonial closed down we were craving crab wontons and chicken curry coconut and rice, the food was much better than I remembered from Colonial. I guess that’s why it closed down! This is a nicer location and clean and nice staff! Great for a quick dinner!

My family and I had the teriyaki chicken, bourbon chicken, and Mongolian chicken, along with rice and lo mein. None of it tasted good. We all tried each others, hoping we might find something we liked, but that wasn’t the case. The service and the atmosphere were fine. However, I can’t honestly say anything positive about the food itself. I don’t like leaving negative reviews, but I feel that people should know what to expect beforehand. If you’re expecting food similar in style/quality to the Pei Wei in the Altamonte Mall next door, you won’t get it here. The dishes tasted very different from what we’ve had there, which wouldn’t necessarily be a problem if the food had tasted good on its own. Unfortunately, not only did it not taste like the mall’s, but we also did not find the food to be good either.

Amazing food, very clean restaurant and the employees are very friendly and open to help when I have absolutely no clue what I want to eat. I would 100% recommend this place to everyone I know. I will for sure be coming back. Whoever runs this place is doing an amazing job!

Susan is amazing! Every time I come in here, she is so friendly and attentive. The store is always very clean, the food is always hot and fresh and the portions are great.

Pad Thai was watery and noodles way overdone. Used to have a sauce that hugged the noodles, now is a soupy mess. Couldn't finish food.

For the price, the portions were not very large but the food was tasty.

This location is one of the better run locations I have come across. They work hard to be sure you're happy. The level of service is top notch.

So I’ll start with what was actually pei Wei’s fault - i found an acrylic nail in my rice and my Mongolian beef was RAW! I’m also 23 weeks pregnant so I’m very upset about this as well. I’ve called their location and all they’re doing is offering me a credit…i don’t think i want to go back there after this experience. What wasn’t their fault but sucked about the delivery - they left it at the entrance of my building…outside. Not even in my office suite.

Amazing food all of the time.

Loved it. We were greated as soon as we were in the door, and had great service the entire visit. Susan gets an extra gold star, she was the best. Not to be overshadowed, the food was great and the restaurant clean. I'll definitely be visiting again in the next few weeks.

Great spot and it’s a classic

I am incredibly disappointed by my experience here today. Despite being a regular customer who has never had a single issue with the staff I was told today that I could not be served by the Asian women manager ( she said AL Rowcki is the person that made this decision). The reason provided felt inconsistent and exclusionary. It is deeply upsetting to be turned away from an establishment where I previously felt welcome, and I hope corporate addresses whatever internal shift led to this discriminatory treatment. Do not dare order here, my mom had an issue with the cashier having a attitude never cursed her or got disrespectful just asked the reason for the attitude which led to first her not being able to be served so I came and ordered our food that day when they told her they wouldn’t service her and I was able to order and get the food. Today I came in and once again and the Asian women manager told me now she’s unable to service me for the same reason that my mom isn’t able to be serviced which is a lie. LET this restaurant go out of business. I’m calling the Better business bureau and leaving this review as well .
