Placed a $75.00 order and these lazy people cancelled my order.

Amazing burgers and shakes!!

It's a classic for a reason. Always enjoy their fries and shakes!

I got the garlic burger, they gave me the wrong bun and barely put any sauce on it. Because of that, it tasted like a plain burger and just cost more. Pretty disappointing when I’ve had such great experiences at other locations.

I ordered delivery for this location for the first time and was met with the worst service possible. My entire order was incorrect though it had the right receipt on the bag? I ordered something pretty simple, their garlic bun burger and recieved some kind of bbq onion disaster.

The food was okay, but the service was slower than expected. I hope they can improve the waiting time.

Only thing positive was main cook .... soo slow for online orders....as I sat there for 30 minutes I watched 4 employee literally try not to help

didnt fill my drink all the way even tho it was mostly ice, burger tastes/feels undercooked, my fries were stale, and they forgot the ketchup and fry seasoning , and the lady was not nice 🙃, wouldn't reccomed just go to McDonald's atleast you'll actually get your full drink

The Apopka location is much better.

I am NOT one to complain at ALL. but I’m just disappointed, we had spent 12 hours at a festival and left craving Steak ‘n Shake. We ordered two meals with LARGE fries and a meal with regular and this is what we got. At that point it’s not worth paying extra for the large. Just double check your orders I guess

Literally watch your cook go from cooking use and move garbage can then back to cooking ,,,so disgusting like literally what happen here a month ago this place work now they can't handle giving bags to a person So few months later and revisit still the worse steak and shake I ever been in in fact one the worst stores period I been in over 5 minutes and can't get service should just shut the inside off the don't do anything in there just cook and pile food behind the counter how much do you throw away at the end of day?

Although the food from Steak ’n Shake tasted good, part of my order was missing. I tried calling the store to resolve it, but no one answered. Order accuracy is extremely important—while I take some responsibility for not double-checking before leaving, it ultimately falls on the restaurant to get it right. Taking a moment to double or even triple check orders would make a big difference. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I wouldn’t return.
