Community Rating
Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
No clear consensus emerges from these 18 reviews. The staff cuts both ways here, averaging 3.4 among the reviews that raise it.
What nobody raises here is whether food comes out hot — it goes unmentioned across all 18 reviews. More reviewers landed on 5 stars than any other score — 10 of 18. The corpus runs from Dec 2025 through Jun 2026 — not a single moment in time. 12 of 18 rated reviews are four stars or higher; 4 are two or lower.
The health record runs ahead of the reviews. The last DBPR inspection returned an A (97/100) with 3 basic violations. That result dates from May 14, 2026. Across its inspection history the kitchen is improving, which argues for giving it the benefit of the doubt. Ranked against Orange County, it is safer than 72% of the restaurants we score. What the inspector actually wrote up: dishwashing facilities and storage & handling of clean equipment and utensils.
The honest summary is that the evidence is mixed on both sides. The reviews themselves follow, unedited and newest first.

First time trying this place and we liked all the food we ordered. Would definitely go back.

As a professional chef working the central Florida restaurant scene it’s hard to stomach the price of 3 whole wings cut into 6 pieces and sold for 10.99 such a rip off a chicken wing comes as a drum and flat cutting it in half is half a wing I suggest getting robbed in a alley is more humane than the wing scandal and you took off the best thing in the menu a Amarillo burger for some child’s menu idea

Wenn man einen richtigen Burger will ,dann ist es genau das richige ,die Kinder waren von ihren Monsterbuger begeistert !

Very dirty and sticky never going back, as you will see in the pictures they serve under cooked food and my table was filthy I always wash the table prior to my family and I eating it and he establishment You will see the dirt that was pulled from the table not very sanitary. The bathroom was a train wreck looks like it hadn't been cleaned in a week.

Came here for lunch with my pet sitting partner. Love the menu!

Went for lunch. Good food, good service.

I come here Sunday to watch Nascar. The bar tender always finds it on tv and puts it on with closed caption. Went here today and told she can no longer do that. Guess ill find somewhere else to go. Too bad. Enjoyed it there

We went for dinner as a family last Saturday afternoon, a group of 10 people. We love visiting the Auburndale location and have been eating there for several years. On this day we decided to go to this [specific] location and everything was perfect. The only unpleasant thing was the waitress. She was overfamiliar with my husband. Something like this had never happened to me before. At the end, out of 10 people, she brought my food last. I don't understand? They should learn them on how to treat customers. It should be more professional

Either I am very unlucky, or the service is horrible. Every time we have been service is lacking. Long wait to order drinks, food cones out wrong, special instructions extras wrong, wait for soda refills way too long. Latest visit we had 3 separate servers creating confusion for all. We ordered the same drink from all of them, never got it. Kids should be welcomed not ignored. We purposely visit at slower times as too not experience the craziness, doesnt matter crazy finds a way

Great burger and wings special

Great Burger 🍔 taste delicious
-
Really loved the burger thanks
-
Ordered the chili nachos to go and the portion was way less than when you order to dine in. Handful of chips and maybe a scoop of chili. Nachos are great but the consistency from Togo and dine in should be fixed.

My server Ashley was just the sweetest and was very helpful. She had such a great personality and was very kind.

Bartender/waitress has no personality. We have been waiting now for over 30 minutes just for our appetizer (chips and salsa) at 7pm on a Tuesday. Really? When we asked if it is coming out before our meal, she said "I put it in first". Still waiting. .. Wonder how long it will take for our food!! I'm hungry.. update, food finally came, 45 minutes, but was delicious. Bartender never apologized but at least asked if we needed anything. . Should hire more cooks. 7 tables were waiting for food.
