CHILIS GRILL AND BAR

This food literally ruined my chilis experience like I got a triple dipper because it was going viral.And this is how I got it was sooooo salty. Like if I wanted to get killed I would have stood in front of the road.

Had great food and an awesome server. Will definitely go back!

Seemed busy yet all the employees in the back were chitchatting and having a good time.

Food was disappointing during this visit. Normally love the Mac n cheese but it was a little dry. The Crispers were definitely not crispy. I'll be back but quality needs to be more consistent.

Came here super late Kim and Courtney were absolutely spectacular I believe Kim is the restaurant manager, everything was super fresh the service was great couldn’t be any happier thank you so much!

We had a party of 15. Hannah was our server, she was great! Kim is in management, she was very accommodating and helpful. Food was great!!

I just had the best steak ever for $17 and it came with two sides, a soup appetizer, and a soft drink. The steak was cooked perfectly and it came with loaded mashed potatoes and broccoli. Absolutely delicious. Everything was perfect.

I HAD to make this Chilli's a review and compliment, we all had our experiences with different chilli's before but this one is the best of them all starting out with the services that was perfect and shout out to Santos and Tofer (server&manager). The food was the best food I had ever had at any other location, everything was so good I had to drop a 5 star review.

Tried the new Big Crispy Chicken Sandwich and it was everything it was hyped to be.

We ordered and picked up our dinner here, but unfortunately our experience with one of the servers, Hugo, was disappointing. We had our two toddlers with us, and while I completely understand the need to keep pathways clear when carrying food, the way he approached us felt rude and unwelcoming. A polite and respectful reminder would have been appreciated. We were not causing any trouble, and the pickup area was already packed when we had just arrived and were approached right away. I had already asked my kids to stay to the side and avoid blocking anyone’s way. The interaction made us feel uncomfortable and poorly treated, almost as if we didn’t belong there because we were casually dressed in shorts and sandals. On a positive note, on the main entrance and the one staff handling the takeout service were very nice and accommodating. I hope Hugo can improve the way he communicates with customers because good service and respectful treatment make a big difference.

The staff and the pricing here have always been great. I’ve been coming here for a few years and have loved this place until recently when I ordered this chicken sandwich. I took 2 bites and couldn’t finish it, I then proceeded to get sick for the next 3 days, not sure if it was the grease or what. The sandwich looked good but I couldn’t eat and man it did a number on my stomach. Aside from this one time, never had an issue before.

Called and stated to go order close at 10:30 so be aware of that.

Horrible food , rude service, stay away

I had Chrissy as my server and she was great. Even asked me if what my son was asking for was ok. Servers don’t do this nowadays. Great service. Food was great. Will definitely be back.

Angel was awesome! Never disappointed, and the food is always great!

I'll never go back there again. Took my grandson there for his birthday and I told the waiter he told him once he eats everyone will sing happy Birthday to him. When we finished our dinner the waiter said that they got busy and they couldn't do it. My grandson was crushed. I'll NEVER go back there again...

Always good. Decent prices.

I eat here often and tonight was the best service I've had my server Sean was awesome.
