Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
The inspection record is the stronger half of this page. When service comes up here it is usually a criticism, and the ratings attached average 1.8.
Older reviews score better than newer ones (1.6 recent against 3.3 earlier), so direction is worth weighing alongside the average. One subject never comes up here: what it costs. If you had to pick one number to represent this corpus it would be 1, the most frequently given rating (13 reviews).
The health record runs ahead of the reviews. The last DBPR inspection returned an A (98/100) with 2 basic violations. DBPR last walked in on January 13, 2026. On health score it sits safer than 80% of the Orange County restaurants we grade. The citations behind that grade include floors, walls, ceilings clean & maintained and employee personal belongings.
Worth separating: the complaints above cluster on the state of the room, not on the kitchen, which inspected well. Read the originals below and judge the pattern yourself.

Horrible service
-
Love that it's open late. About $10ish for a filling meal. Never had an issue with this location.

I reported on the message app on my chipotle but management never got back to me. But I placed an order online and as I was eating I noticed that there was a bug In my food. I would not go here.

The food is good but everyone’s so rude except for the girl with red hair and Jamil. This man stared at me didn’t even say hello or one second and then turned around to talk to his friend and hasn’t been the first time. I’m super chill and patience cause have worked in that environment and know how stressful it is but at least acknowledge would be nice/

Very disappointing experience. The food was fine, but the customer service was not. One employee was noticeably rude and dismissive when I asked a simple question about my order. Instead of trying to help, they responded with an attitude that made me feel unwelcome. Everyone has bad days, but customers should still be treated with basic courtesy and respect. I hope management addresses this because it reflects poorly on the entire restaurant.

I don’t like this place due the the rudeness of the poor innocent black guy that just wanted food being arrested for no reason The black worker said he wanted to press charges but the innocent guy just wanted to buy food because he was very hungry. This makes me very emotional because I had this. I had the same feeling while ago where people did not want to buy me food and I realise sometimes you just

Not a good experience. New staff needed.

If you come here and they aren’t out of anything, go buy some lottery tickets afterwards. Doesn’t matter what time of day it is, they’ll be out of something. I’ve seen them run out of cheese at 7pm. How? You know which Chipotle never has this problem? The one down the street before I4. That location is just so much better than this one in every regard.
-
I walked in, an employee walked up to the counter saying "so..there's no meat at all". i asked how long and his response was "all day, there's not going to be meat today at all". Maybe their could have been a sign on the door? Or a coupon got next time? They didn't even offer a solution.

Miss fresh Guac from here

The workers are nice but if you order online you will get almost no food. Definitely the worst location in the area when it comes to serving size.
-
Came here at 10pm they close at 11 and all they had was carnitas and they they had the place almost completely cleaned ready to close.
-
I remember when this location first opened, and it has steadily gone downhill ever since. Tonight was just another example. We walked in almost 2 hours before closing and were immediately told multiple items were already unavailable. Unfortunately, this is not a one time issue. They constantly seem to be out of something. On top of that, the restaurant was messy and dirty throughout the dining area and service line, and staff were already tearing everything down like they were closing in 10 minutes instead of serving customers for nearly two more hours. I understand places get busy, but consistency matters. This location has really declined in cleanliness, preparation, and overall customer experience.

Not happy with the service I received here from the young staff . They make faces at you behind the counter when you are ordering your food . Very unprofessional, I also don’t understand why they had the bathroom closed off and half the chairs folded up for dinning in when it was only barely 8pm that night .

This location has declined significantly since the pandemic, which is disappointing because it used to be well-managed. Unfortunately, I won’t be returning until there are noticeable improvements. Service is consistently slow, and they are almost always out of key ingredients. Over the past year, there hasn’t been a single visit where something wasn’t unavailable. On my most recent visit, they were completely out of beans. They did have corn salsa, but told in-store customers it was reserved for online orders—which is hard to justify. It also appears that online orders are now being handled in the front of the house, taking priority over guests who are physically in line. This creates a frustrating experience, as in-store customers are left waiting while staff focus elsewhere. The employees are generally polite, but they seem overworked and unsupported. There’s no visible management presence during evening hours, and the overall operation feels disorganized. It often seems like a young, understaffed team is left to run the restaurant without adequate guidance. To be clear, this isn’t based on a single bad visit—this has been a consistent pattern over multiple visits. There are clearly larger operational issues that need attention. It’s disappointing to see how far this location has slipped.

A crew member named Amari gave EXCELLENT service, 10/10 food too. Definitely my go to chipotle from now on.
-
There at lunch time today, there was a 'nightmare' customer... nothing was right to her... she needed everything changed or special... really annoying, but the staff was SO patient and kept their professionalism level high. Awesome service!

Sabor espectacular y frescos los vegetales. Buena opción para quienes gustan de la comida casera .

Fresh and hot. They were busy, but line moved fast.
