MCDONALD'S #15631

I’m came in at Tuesday 10 pm I want to thank the most friendly staff I’m a veteran and I forgot my wallet and they could have been snarky and rude but they smiled and literally called me back and made my night that goes a long way I hope their manager sees this review I don’t leave reviews often thank you for your kindness

Whenever I go to a McDonald's here in Altamonte which is not very often the food is never done Right you never get what you order the fries are cold and old and plenty of attitude.. For free

I went to McDonald drive through hopeful but was disappointed when I ordered a double fish sandwich and to my surprised when I got home and opened it was only a single and i was still charged for a double :/

I literally just waited 40 minutes in drive thru for stale fries, food tastes like it sat out too long. One of the worst McDonald’s I have eaten at.

You never know how much the egg McMuffin meal will cost. Some days it’s $5, some days $6, somedays $7. Today it was $8. Then when they handed me my order (always check your order before you drive away!) there were no hashbrowns. This has happened before. When I asked “no hashbrowns?” The lady at the window said “no”. When I said “yes they’re included as part of the meal I paid for” she got huffy. Then to make matters worse, the sausage in the sandwich smelled like it had gone bad so I had to throw it out anyway. So basically I would’ve paid $8 for a cup of not so good coffee.

Idk if maybe we caught Mrs.Donna on a bad night or not but she was kinda, pretty much, definitely rude. I’m most likely not coming back but I hope you has a blessed career 🙏🏽

Outside seating was clean and so nice on a cool day. Inside has a couch to sit in at the table, such a goofy awesome thing. More private space is also available but near the restroom.

Cannot order food when transitioning to breakfast. Nothing. Not even a drink.

Ordered a snack wrap today. Has so much gristle I couldn't bite in half. Had to throw it away. Gross.

The manager is too young to run an establishment! I witness her curse out an employee in front of all us customers today! The way this General manager handled that situation was completely unprofessional! I come here a lot and now I will never let this place get another dime! That manager always has a bad attitude. The staff is always standing around on their phones doing nothing while this poor manager she cussed out does all the work it is unbelievable what you see as a customer she needs to be fired.and I hope the girl who walked out comes back because she was the best employee yall had

You know that when you walk into a place and the people working, there are happy and talking to each other, and having a good time and smiling and interacting with the folks that come in that this establishment is probably run very well. That's the case here at this Mcdonald's. I've always found it to be clean and awesome and people are having a good time and service it's very efficient! 1-27-2026

Terrible service, rude workers, and the drive thru line moves like frozen molasses. And it even says they aren't busy.
