Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
Complaints here are real, but they are mostly not about the kitchen. Opinion on service is split — those reviews land at 3.0 on average.
One subject never comes up here: plate size. If you had to pick one number to represent this corpus it would be 1, the most frequently given rating (7 reviews). Older reviews score better than newer ones (2.3 recent against 2.8 earlier), so direction is worth weighing alongside the average.
The health record runs ahead of the reviews. The last DBPR inspection returned an A (96/100) with 4 basic violations. DBPR last walked in on October 14, 2025. On health score it sits safer than 66% of the Orange County restaurants we grade. The citations behind that grade include food-contact surfaces clean and sanitized and nonfood-contact surfaces clean.
If speed of service is what you care about, the reviews are the better guide here; if it is the kitchen, the grade is. The individual reviews are below, newest first, if you want the raw material.

The staff we dealt with was very rude. She gave us cold coffee then had an attitude about us asking forhot coffee. Took for ever to get the coffee. This was at Apopka.

They must got new management cause they dont greet you or look out the window to pass the food. They busy talking and on the phones. 🤦🏾

Horrendous service by the morning shift on Sunday June 7th.

They are getting rid of everything that was good about mcdonalds like what is this . 90s and early 2000s was the peak. This is garbage

I’m honestly disgusted with the service at McDonald’s tonight. The staff was rude, the food quality was nasty, and on top of that they refused to give me the sauce I PAID for. If customers are spending their money, they should at least get everything they ordered without attitude. Definitely one of the worst of many worst experiences I’ve had there.

Their sign and menu say $5 for breakfast sandwich combo. When i order it they say $11 is the price now and theyre too lazy to change the sign and menu. Total scam.

Really nice atmosphere compared to the Dunkin across the street. I was being ignored there and decided to walk across the street for a coffee instead so glad I did. Thank you for the coffee! Made my day !

Good I loved it

Visited the drive through for a McValue meal. Even though the price went from $5 to $6 it's still a good deal. Food was hot and the bag contained everything that it should.

You come here because the food is inexpensive. But they never met a freezer they didn't like. The employees and managers could also use a lot of extra training in dealing with human beings. If they are not rude to the customers, they are rude to each other. Also, y'all need to learn how to READ. When the order says no cheese and ya put cheese on it? I have to question if you graduated high school or not.
