Double check your order before leave the store! They missed 1 item of my order even the manager guy hand it to me (i guess he packed it) then called back to get a refund i refuse to give a credit card number over the phone. They can’t do anything about it. Just loose my money !!!

This McDonald’s has the best staff. I moved here a year ago, and from day one, the team has consistently been polite, professional, and welcoming. Tonight, however, Joella, Brandon, and Alex went above and beyond. One after another, they provided exceptional service and helped make my wife’s night special. Their positive attitudes, kindness, and genuine care truly stood out. It’s employees like these who keep customers coming back. Thank you all for making our evening such a great experience!

As per usual with this McDonald's my order was incorrect!!! I requested no ketchup and to add Mac sauce & lettuce to which I paid an additional cost. I checked my bag upon receipt & saw the label attached to my burger indicating the request but did not open the actual burger to confirm. Only to find once I was home that I didn't get the items I paid for!!I I immediately called to speak with a manager & was told she's busy and to call back at 4. I then asked for the general manager's name & phone number & was told 'Her name Ms. Stephanie and she's standing right next to me' but then proceeds to say I would need to call back at 4. She never offered to take a message for a return call. But instead instructed me to call again!! I guess customer satisfaction or assistance only applies when u have time!! No wonder the employees are the way they are just look at the leadership who sets the example!! I don't expect a response, change, or assistance from this review!! But one thing is for sure I will never return to this McDonald's again!!

The staff here are very rude and full of attitude. Refused service to an elderly man at the counter, a few of us customers helped him order on the kiosk. The food taste like it’s been sitting for hours and my coffee frappe was made and just sitting on the counter until my food was ready. Definitely stay away from this location

This is hands down the best McDonald's in the Apopka area. I got the same thing yesterday morning at the Rock springs McDonald's and I barely got any caramel. The service at this McDonald's is also the best I've ever seen.

I love stopping for a good sprite and fries!

Spent 50$ and got 4 of the same toys to be told they don’t swap them out with an attitude . Every other McDonald’s I’ve been to does. I won’t be back unless you all learn some customer service.

Just order a McFlurry and a cookie, they told me to wait 1 or 2 minutes for it, but I ended up waiting for half an hour while I saw them giving everyone else’s order. I’d recommend not ordering cookies since they want to take forever making them. I didn’t even get my cookies, I just had the Oreo McFlurry and left because I knew it was going to take even longer.

Poor service. Waited in line for 20 minutes and then they still had the order wrong and my frappe was melted. Employees had an attitude when I made them make me a fresh frappe and make my order complete. Management also had an attitude!! Terrible employees and service!!

Man at the drive thru just kept repeating “we’re closed” even though they are listed as 24hrs. 04/25/2026. Whoever is on the drive thru today is very rude.

Great food at 3 in the morning!

Pay attention to your orders. They give other people your food by mistake and when people return opened food after finding out they were wrong they go and give this same food now to the correct car.... after being opened and touch by the other costumer

Terrible long wait 25 minutes to get food to go is ridiculous.

Give him a raise or promotion…and make him the model employee to follow. •• 9 April 2026 at 4:00PM •• Drive thru cashier Lanette-or Nanette, and the member who handed us our food (LaQuise) were quite busy yet their temperament, kindness and smiles were positive. It was refreshing. Thanks for hiring quality staff!
