It was alright

I always come to this Panda Express because of the fresh food, great staff, and it's family-friendly atmosphere. Last night, I had just come from a long day at the hospital, visiting my sick hubby, and I was absolutely starving. I was served by Carlos, the store manager, and he gave me friendly, exemplary service, even adding a couple extra pieces to my plate (I think my hunger was showing on my face)! To this exhausted mom, who was weary from talking to doctors all day, Carlos's gesture of kindness was an unexpected blessing. What great customer service from Carlos and his team! I will continue to frequent this Panda Express!! Oh and PSA - the new brisket entree is AMAZING!

I’m posting this for the one dish I really enjoyed. The Cantonese beef brisket is very delicious. Just get white rice to go with. No noodles or anything. You wanna be able to taste the flavors. The brisket is very tender. I will definitely be going back to get this a few times before they switch up.

I love there teriyaki chicken. I get it every time

Nando was great to speak with. He made the menu very clear and easy to order. Very friendly guy. A nice place to sit and eat. I do advise against getting the Dynamite Chicken though. Nothing wrong with how it was prepped, it was very fresh, it just didn’t taste very good. The Buldak sauce on it isn’t very good.

The manager don't now how to do her work Susan I older my food online inside the store I got my food 1 hour after I can believe it I ordered chicken teriyaki it was hard the manager Susan is my food all the way to other customers had me wetting for some more chicken to be cook it was already but day better give it to the costume then taking care off us

Food is just okay. The beef and broccoli is the nastiest I’ve ever had from any Chinese place. The beef taste funny and is all chewy. Idk if it’s the sauce or texture or combination of both but it just wasn’t good to eat. I gave the whole thing to my dogs. The steak and veggies entree is good and that’s about it besides the eggrolls and wontons.

This Panda never disappoints. The food is always fresh and tasty and the staff is always courteous and attentive.

We frequented this location on April 23. One customer was being served and we were up next. Nari finished the customer off at the register. Daniela refused to greet and furthermore serve us. There was no interaction with us so avoiding conflict can’t be the excuse. Immediately after us, Daniela service the next customer. I hope that Daniela is not picking and choosing when to do her job as she displayed today. Extremely unprofessional and will no longer frequent this location.

1045 pm basically no food was available and they were done cooking. What was left was left to be served was tiny amounts of what looked like had been sitting for a while. Food there is usually ok

Excellent customer service

Every time I order they do not send the sauce that comes WITH teriyaki chicken. This chicken is plan as hell and had no sauce to go with it now. Done ordering from this one, don’t bother with them.

Horrible customer service. There is no structure or leadership in that restaurant. Every employee was running around like their heads were cut off. Waited over 20 minutes to get food.

Delicious! I don’t come 🏃‍♀️ here often but today 2/12/26 was amazing 🤩 or maybe because I was hungry 🤤 ? I bought pepper 🫑 chicken 🍗 with fried rice 🍚 and broccoli 🥦. The only down side was the crab 🦀 rangoon didn’t have any crab in it… plain cream cheese :( Staff greeted me and my friend when we walked in, they politely asked how we were doing and what we would like to eat. Atmosphere felt like home 🏠, we will return! Thank you

If this Panada Express was a fortune cookie, it would read “Great Fresh Food and Friendly Employees are in your very near future!” We went today for lunch. They are very consistent with having menu options fresh and available. Other Panda’s usually drop ball with that trait. Nope- not here. We have been over a dozen times and each time it’s a well oiled operation. On top of that, by far the best customer service we have experienced at a Panda Express. The employees put you in a good mood with their friendliness. Highly recommend.

The selections were far more than I expected. I have frequented other Panda express in other cities but they didn't offer the myriad of choices that were available here.

First time in this location, and it was wonderful! Hot food, minimal wait, and very friendly service from Arshad! It’s not often (in my experience) to have such enthusiasm from a food service worker, so he was a refreshing change! The cleanliness of the restaurant was even better, with this being so close to my job I’ll be stopping in often!

No usan guantes, son lentas y desorganizadas para preparar y entregar las órdenes, terrible servicio, da asco que no usen guantes.

Only two people in front of me and got my order completely wrong, called back and manager Carlos treated me liked I was the one who messed up, asked me to take my receipt back when I leave 15 away minimum and acted like he didn’t care, manager like Carlos doesn’t deserve position as a store manager, asked him if he could uber my right food he said no yet he insisted of me going back when his people messed up, arrogant to the max CARLOS offered no solution idk how you mess up an order when there’s no high demand, Carlos if you provide that customer service you should get a new job
