Waited over 25 minutes to pick up a pre-made pie in a practically empty restaurant.

Crackers were stale, service was slow and waitress was cold and unfriending.

I have been in Florida for 25 years; Perkins had the best coffee ever not to mention the cheesecake and strawberry krispers which are awesome!

I was served by Heim. She's an amazing woman and I'm very grateful that she was our waitress. She took care of our every need and was very kind. The food was wonderful and the service is great 10/10.

I wrote a recent review but I need to write again because I continue to be impressed by the waitress, Jennifer! She remembered what I ordered previously and she was spot on! What kind of waitress does that - only the most AWESOME!

Jennifer gives the best service!! Always enjoy the variety of menu items and Free Pie Mondays are the best.

It’s currently Mother’s Day. We walk in and walk right back out as well as other families and couples did. As we walk in the managers approach was “we have a 45min wait”. No good morning, no happy Mother’s Day. Half of the restaurant was empty with open tables. Maybe holidays are overwhelming for the manager, it seemed to be easier to discourage us than seat us and offer us a coffee while we wait.

Great service by Arlene as always. We came in Saturday morning for breakfast. When we arrived the manager Scott was helping a woman at the counter with a TOGO order. He let us know he would be with us in a moment There seemed to be some sort of confusion. I over heard him ask her for a confirmation because they didnt have her order. She walked past us and left the building. Scott sat us in a window booth and brought mom n I a pot of coffee. Moments later that same woman came back in and he handed her what looked like Pies. We enjoyed our visit, our eggs Benedict with avocado. What topped it off was Arlene informed us since we ordered coffee we could get a slice of pie as a combo. It was like 5.99 for a coffee n slice of pie WHAT A DEAL! We will definitely be back soon. This place is our GO TO. GREAT SERVICE.

Our server Arlene was great and attentive.

My mother took me there this evening for my 59th Birthday and the cuisine was great, served fast and Jennifer, our waitress, was very attentive and on the ball. Probably one of the best dining experiences a person can have in the area.

I had a great experience at Perkins thanks to Arlene. She was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made sure everything was perfect from start to finish. Her positive attitude really stood out and made the visit feel welcoming and enjoyable. It’s rare to get service that genuinely makes your day better, and Arlene definitely did that. I’ll be coming back for sure!

I went there last week on April 18, 2026 at approximately 11:15 AM took them 10 minutes just to see me even though the restaurant was not completely full by the time the waitress came. It was another 15 minutes then I made my order and 45 minutes later still nothing I asked the waitress what’s going on and she couldn’t give me an answer. I’d probably got up and left and so did three other tables I would not advise to go to this place. I can’t rate them on food. because I never got anything except the glass of water

My wife and I love Perkins because they have the best pancakes.

Always loved Perkins for the pue menu! Monday was very fast service and relatively slow. Great day for an early dinner!
