Always love that chicken from Popeyes!!!!

The chicken sandwich is my favorite, always delicious. I ordered a 3 piece for spouse and it was a hit. Popeye’s fried chicken is the tastiest and always tastes fresh. I spoke to Ryan and he was kind and very helpful. The staff at the drive-thru is quick and staff is always friendly.

Service was excellent! My meal was outstanding! They made my spicy chicken strips fresh, after I ordered them. The biscuits was perfect! The staff are friendly.

I love this Popeyes because of the employees!! Back story, I was having a hard day. Long story short, took it out on the crew, the manager stepped in, calmed me down and provided superior assistance! I came back because of that! So this time, in between my buses, I have 12 mins. Line inside and some cars in drive thru. CLEARED, all within minutes which felt like second. Oh and guess what? EVERYTHING was fresh. Don’t go anywhere else, go to this Popeyes and say 711 boy sent you!

I removed my previous 5⭐ review. I can't believe the long wait for any bone in chicken. They don't warn you if they're out--usually out of spicy, but if they warned me, I would get whatever they had. Almost a 30 minute wait, not counting waiting in line to order. Today, they were just happy let you wait for a long time: a manager took my order. I wish I ate there , so I could get a refund -- took it home. Tasted like cooked in overused/spent grease. Over the last few months, this location has gone from bad to worse. I do not recommend.

The guy Ryan in the purple shirt seemed to be having a bad day. He was slamming things around and screaming at his employees. It scared my kids. Never coming back.

I didnt recieve my 6 pack of biscuits. When I brought it to the manager Ryans attention he accused me of hiding it in my car and threatening to have me trespassed.

The manager Ryan was extremely rude to my 8 year old daughter. She dropped her biscuit and we brought it to the counter . Ive been teaching her about kindness and about talking to people by herself. She did a fantastic job asking if she can please have another biscuit bringing her dirty one up. He told her she should be more careful and now your mom is gonna have to buy another one. She cried and it ruined our dinning experience. He talked to an 8 year old in the worst condescending voice. I hope this is taken care of

Pulled up to drive thru at 10 02 was told first thing that they don't have anything ready and that it would be 30 mins. 5 cars pulled uo to order and left because they were told the same thing

10:20 PM 6/8/2026 I've been to bad locations but this one is BAD. Mobile order pickup was out 20 minutes late and the staff was rude and disrespectful. Won't be back here

Food is always good

I been living in Apopka for 2 years and everytime I go to this Popeyes it’s always no chicken 25-30 min wait I always end up riding to the one by Rosemont. I’m over this Popeyes I will not waste my time anymore. They really beef to close this one down the customer service suck too

Takes a long time to get your food, and you may not get what you ordered. Check it before you leave.

Drove up to the drive through and the man yells out “come inside” I said I cannot come inside and he says he is short staff and cannot serve me through the window. SHUT THIS LOCATION DOWN

You will be waiting an eternity to get your food

I’m Definitely giving this Popeyes A Zero!!!! The Staff was Horrible and the wait was about an Hour, no one came to tell you about how long the wait was, and know one was there to help the other Customers never going back there 💯💯💯 it was better about 2yrs ago…

This place should not have more than 1 star. Just the worst popeye ever. They can never get anything right.

Avoid this place at all cost. There is not a single place that I come to this Popeyes that they get the order right. This time I decided to order online, maybe that way they could get it right. NOPE. I get there and the sandwiches had pickles, when I opened them he laughs and tell me "they have pickles" he knew they were not supposed to have pickles. I give them back and he returns them 10 second later. I asked him if he just removed the pickles and he laughs and says yes. Explained that I cannot eat that since my son would throw up. He asks me to park and wait 15 minutes for the sandwiches to be remaked. Eventhough I placed my order online 30 minutes ago. I wait on the parking for 25 minutes, come back around and they tell me that they gave my sandwiches to someone else when they were supposed to bring them to my car. Manager is just as horrible. I asked for my money back and they told me I had to go online. Just avoid this place at all cost.

Absolutely atrocious service never in my 23 years of living has it taken 50 minutes to get my order then it be wrong twice after that

45 minutes waiting on the drive thru unreal and the parking lot got full of people trying to get the orders. Might as well next time I go to KFC . Do not come here.
