REGAL WEKIVA RIVERWALK

So I bought tickets to see the new Toy story movie yesterday, but power was out and we couldn't see movie. Now they're playing games with my seats. I want a guarantee for the same seats for another day. I was told if the seats are held for me the manager could be fired. Who does business like this. 6 tickets almost $100. I want my seats and I think they owe me at least a popcorn 🍿

We went to Regal to watch the new alien movie. The seats recline nice, but, the whole room, seats, floors smells putrid, the odor was nearly unbearable, the movie theater could use a good ole fashioned cleaning, sanitizing, and deodorizing.

very busy theater, clean the people behind the counter that were serving us. Popcorn were very pleasant. I really enjoyed my experience here at regal.

Today I was part of a field trip with the school where I work, and we attended the $2 Summer Movie showing of The Wild Robot. The entire staff was amazing! We had 34 students with us, and the staff worked incredibly hard to get everyone through the line in a timely manner. The young woman who rang me up, Madison, had a great attitude and was so kind. She made sure we had everything we needed and helped make our experience smooth and enjoyable. Thank you to the whole team for their hard work and excellent customer service!

A great place to watch movies, love the reclined chairs always. Shoutout to Assistant manager Erskine for finding my lost wallet, he was very helpful and kind.

Went to this theater yesterday and 10 minutes into the movie in theater 8 in seat E9 on the wall next to me I see a big cockroach climbing on the wall and I wasn’t comfortable to continue watching the movie from the fear of seeing another. We left the theater and told the manager and he was nice enough to issue us a refund. Grateful for that it just definitely needs to be deeply cleaned who knows what are underneath those seats

The theater and employees need to do a way better job on who they let in the theater. Went to the 6:50 pm Backrooms showing on 5/31 and had the WORST experience. There was a group of about 10 teenagers being by EXTREMELY loud and obnoxious through out almost the entire movie. They were openly and very loudly talking about how a few of them snuck in with no ticket and I know it was accurate because a few of them were scrambling to find open seats and needed to move multiple times because they were sitting in someone’s seat who actually purchased tickets. Don’t think Employees ever even bothered to check and they remained extremely loud and disruptive through the entire movie, no one was enjoying themselves… someone politely asked them to keep it down to which the kids continued yelling and laughing and ruining everyone else’s experience. Probably won’t be back.

The perfect combination of small but busy. Busy enough to have all the major movies and good quality but small enough to always have good seats. Great staff who are always friendly

The theater is small, outdated, and has a noticeable odor. On top of that, the popcorn is completely overpriced. I'll be taking my business to AMC Altamonte next time, though honestly, all the theaters in this area really need an upgrade.

It's a smaller theater, and it is located close to where I live so I'll give it 3 Stars for convenience.

The rest rooms are never clean when I go, but I love the movies 🎬 reclining seats

Came here to see the Michael Jackson biopic. This theater needs an upgrade...not all theaters have the reclining seats, but during the movie whenever someone reclined their seat..you could hear it loud and clear. Outside of that, the staff was friendly and I did enjoy the movie.

I visit this Regal Wekiva Riverwalk often, but last week I went to see a movie, and the cleanliness of this location has declined. The women's restroom was disgusting. Every toilet needed to be cleaned. The cupholders in the theater also weren't clean before I arrived. I saw a great movie, but I am disappointed that the staff is not keeping up with maintaining a clean facility.
