Awesome atmosphere

Stopped for a quick bite and a brew after paddling and dodging tourists. The bartender was awesome, didn't catch his name but was kind and provided great service. The Patty Melt I had was superb as well as the onion rings. Nice cold drinks with good food and service, can't do better than that! Thanks for the air conditioned refuge! You guys are doing it right!

Helen was so amazing!! She helped me with getting my drinks at the bar and she was so nice! Loved her definitely will be coming back

We had an amazing experience at Rock Springs Bar & Grill and Tube Rentals! A special shoutout to Cat, Helen, and Kory for their outstanding customer service. Cat was especially wonderful. She greeted everyone with a beautiful smile and such a positive attitude at 7:00 AM when we arrived. What impressed me even more was that when I came back around 1:00 PM, she was still working hard with the same friendly energy and smile. It’s clear she genuinely cares about making sure guests have a great experience. Helen and Kory were also fantastic—friendly, helpful, and professional. The whole team created such a welcoming atmosphere and made our day even more enjoyable. Thank you all for your hard work and kindness. Great customer service like this makes people want to come back again and again!

Great spot with amazing burgers and sandwiches! Everything came out fresh and flavorful. The bartender was awesome super entertaining, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable about the menu, upcoming events, and even the tube rentals. She made the whole experience fun and welcoming. The outback area was amazing too! We would have loved to eat out there, but it was just a little too hot today. Might come back for the band tomorrow, bartender told us he is a great country singer! Definitely recommend checking this place out!

Great Wednesday steak night out!

Stopped in for their Wednesday steak night. Food was good, but things really went south with the flies and a bar patron (local who apparently is in there a lot) was calling the customers names, then trying to start a fight with anyone that looked towards him. The waitress said he was on his 2nd beer and does this all the time. I was there with wife and daughter while he tried to start a fight by calling me names. He did this with every customer in the back area. They b4ushed him off when they should have kicked him out. Then comes the issue with the flies. As soon as we got our food the flies were heavy and all over our food. Maybe a fan would have helped? We mentioned it and got "yeah, the flies are bad the last few days." We ended up asking for a to-go container and fed the food to the dog. No one likes fly poo on their food. We've been here before and this was a real disappointment from other times. This may be our last visit there.

I always stop in on my way to Rock Springs, Kelly Park for a quick bite and a drink and rent some tunes for the lazy river.

Rented two tubes for the Springs at the Bar & Grill. Bar reprepsentative asked us to stop for dinner after our day at the park. Was undecided due to appearance of B&G. Everything is well worn down and in need of an updating. Ordered their best burger and highly disappointed. The burger was soggy and gray. I scraped off the bacon and mushrooms and there was no browning or searing of any kind on the burger. ie; their burgers sit in water and are reheated somehow. However, a bright spot are the employees. They were friendly and inviting. If the food was half as good as the staff treated us they would have a nice place. I could tolorate a less desirable run down atmosphere for good food but not both. Not willing to sample another bar food meal at this establishment again.

Much more than a place to rent tubes before going to Kelly Park... It's also a great place to go after being on the water. Good food, friendly service and a large outdoor seating area in back!

Great little quick bite between two springs! Right by Kelly Springs and King’s Landing! Very nice crew with fast service and good atmosphere and a very nice outdoor patio.

Fun and nice space but the food was really good. For the price it was a good amount. There was alot of really good choices. Didn't even have a moment to take a picture but I had the burger and fried nd Cobb salad with honey mustard salad dressing. Every single thing was really good!! Flavorful and made just right to order. Everything was very fresh as well.

Went out Friday night. Karaoke was a blast. Outside area is outstanding. Fellow patrons were very nice and fun to hang out with.

Ten minutes and 12 dollars later, I’m disappointed by the lack of quality in this sandwich. It’s just two slices of low-quality bread and Kraft cheese. I could've made this at home for $2 ea; as a college student, this hurts. Bring your own grilled cheese, or spend an extra dollar and get a better one from Starbucks if you really want one.

Girlfriend and I grabbed lunch here after Kayaking. Wonderful atmosphere and people, and GREAT wings! Loved hanging out in the back listening to live music
