STEAK N SHAKE

My family comes here all the time. This is our second time finding dirty rags and chemicals next to the food sitting on a bare counter. We haven’t been back since, this one was really bad to watch. It sucks because everyone who works here is so nice and hospitable.

Food was excellent. Service was fast. Overall great experience. Thank you Steak 'n Shake for using beef tallow again.

I don't come here often but every single time I do they mess up my order, every time. Staff is also inconsiderate of their mistakes. Just know that most Uber Eats and doordash orders will be incorrect.

Great food, great service and a very clean and bright atmosphere. And honestly with the tallow switch everything tastes better. I had the onion rings and I haven't had better anywhere.

Steak ‘n Shake has absolutely turned a corner. If you haven’t been to steak ‘n Shake lately, you haven’t been to steak ‘n Shake. You’ve got to stop in for the great food and the great service especially Barry at the front. Thank you, Barry. You’re the man!

Went the other day to eat at this Stake and Shake location. Everything was great, the place was very clean 🧽 and staff greeted us when we entered. Took a while to look 👀 at the digital menu. They had many options to choose from! I wish they had some salads as an option as most fast food 🍱 restaurants got rid of. I guess salads 🥗 spoil quickly and it’s probably the least item purchased. But what about the customers who do want a salad?? All in all, got a small burgers 🍔 with potato 🥔 tots. My friend got a similar meal. We will return for sure again, thank you for the great experience!

I’m really happy I went here.. honestly I’ve been here only a few times in my life and the last time I was in high school (I’m 25 y/o). I went through the drive through with a large group order and she managed to make it as confined as possible while making it the cheapest. She had a genuine feeling of joy radiating from her while we talked a little at the window. I feel so much regret not asking her name but she was a girl with a septum and a lip piercing. Having her as the face of the brand in my instance and that being my first interaction all these years later. Compelled a person not normally inclined to write a review while guaranteeing another visit :)

Price for 5 way chili over $7.00.Could go to skyline and get 5 way and get twice the food for $2.00 more.Never buy 5 way,go to skyline.Great burgers.

Really disappointed with the changes that they have made to go autonomous You no longer are waited on at your table The menu selection has been greatly decreased The only thing still good is their fries

Other restaurants should cook their fries like this restaurant does, perfect 👌🏼

Wonderful miss Taylor, the shift manager recommended me to try the biscoff shake with banana because it gives a banana pudding taste, 10/10 definitely would recommend, thank you so much glad I tried your recommendation.

The place was very clean, the Food you looked as good as it tasted like online. Probably the best burger I've had in a while. Honestly no complaint. Will definitely be back here again

I have never experienced better customer service in any fast food restaurant than when I met Taylor!! Her kindness and efforts cannot go unnoticed. She remembered my favorite parking spot too! I mean talk about dedication to the customers. She also recommended me a banana biscoff milkshake and it was amazing. So is their food, it's fresh and not soggy at all, which is what I experienced at other steak n shakes. The whole team loves their job and take pride in all they do and it shows.
