Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
Whatever the overall score says, the last stretch of reviews is the weaker one. Where the staff comes up, the rating that follows averages 4.6, so it reads as a strength.
The corpus runs from Sep 2025 through Jun 2026 — not a single moment in time. 15 of 19 rated reviews are four stars or higher; 4 are two or lower. More reviewers landed on 5 stars than any other score — 14 of 19. Pacing shows up in 16% of reviews as well, averaging 4.0.
The health record runs ahead of the reviews. The last DBPR inspection returned an A (94/100) with 1 intermediate and 3 basic violations. That result dates from February 18, 2026. Across its inspection history the kitchen is improving, which argues for giving it the benefit of the doubt. On health score it sits safer than 56% of the Seminole County restaurants we grade. What the inspector actually wrote up: in-use food dispensing utensils properly stored and plumbing installed & maintained.

New Review: Emma is bright, cheerful, and greets everyone with a smile which is hitting the mark of excellent service! Enjoyed a quiet dinner of tacos which were fresh and tasty.

Decent food, the service is what wins

Got 2 tacos to take home . Very disappointed with the amount of ingredients in my tacos. We're not even enough for 1 Taco. Usually very satisfied. I expected more for a $17 lunch..

Josh took our suuuper long order with so much patience! He was very helpful in making suggestions and sharing different options to customize our order to our liking. What could have been a very stressful interaction ended up being pleasantly efficient, and enjoyable. Josh kept us laughing and we felt truly valued as customers. Thank you! We’ll be back with the whole family soon!

Best Tijuana flats in Central FL with the best customer service and order accuracy.
-
Im a regular Tijuanas customer, tacos with almost no chicken on it, when I ask the lady on front about She brought a little cup of chicken and told me thats the way they make the tacos.

Good customer service and the guy was so nice. The food was delicious 😋

Visited this location yesterday for the first time, although I've been to many Tijuana flats. The food was good and the customer service was wonderful. My only complaint is that many of the tables had wads of napkins shoved underneath the legs to keep them even so finding a place to sit was a little difficult.

I used to really like this place but over the years it has really gone downhill! The last few times they have gotten my order wrong and take forever to prepare the food even as I'm the only person in the restaurant! Overall the food is good!

We rarely eat out anymore, but have found Tijuana Flats to be the best bang for your buck around. Two dos tacos meals with a drink comes in at under $20 and the food is always made fresh. The service is outstanding and there are multiple hot sauces offered. In this economy, an occasional meal out that won't break the bank and tastes like real food is appreciated!

This place is better than your average Tijuana Flats! Thank you!

Manager is rude. They get my order wrong half the time.

Leckeres mexikanisches Essen

Very friendly staff. I asked for an empty to-go box and lid for my leftover chips and queso. The gentleman helping me top off the queso and gave us fresh chips to take home. He went above and beyond to take care of us. We will definitely be back to this location.
