Food is terrible, buffet selection is awful, so not worth the money. Characters stop for a moment and they’re all over the place, disorganized.

Food was ok. The beef stew was tough for $70 per person & the service was extremely slow. I was told to put my vape inside my pocket and "away" for some reason even though I wasn't using it. I did not like the experience.

It should not be called a buffet. The options are limited. The price is too expensive for what they offer. It is not worth it.

Visited for the character dining after our first full day at Disney, it was nice but not the best dining experience we had. The food options weren't quite as varied. The characters were from Winnie The Pooh.

We ate breakfast here on our honeymoon trip and the buffet style options all tasted good. My favorite was the churro Mickey waffle. It was a great start to our day in Magic Kingdom.

Meet Pooh, Eeyore, Tigger, and Piglett. We always come for Breakfast for the Churo Mickey Waffles. If you time it right (around 10:30), you can start with breakfast and get the character themed desserts from the lunch buffet.

First time eating here in ten years was last week. It has really gone downhill. The dinner food was gross. Lukewarm. My husband who normally loves buffets and will eat 5-6 plates total had two, no dessert and just decided to walk over to Casey’s to eat instead. It’s that bad. Winnie the Pooh is a separate line that you have to go over and wait in, which defeats the purpose of character dining. The ambiance is okay but nothing special. Even with the 20% off AP summer discount we feel like we wasted money.

I have been here twice. Once for breakfast and once for the dinner. The location right in MK is beautiful. Characters are always top notch. There are lots of character attendants walking around to take photos for you. The food is really good, and a vegan/picky eater that is rare for me. I like this restaraunt so much I plan to go every Disney trip I take. I have done 10+ other character dinings and this one is the best every time.

I could rate this restaurant a 2 star or a 5 star, depending on what you’re looking for in a dining experience. That’s why I gave The Crystal Palace a 3 star review. But let me break it down: If you’re specifically looking for a magical, memorable dining experience (especially for your little ones), this is your place! The Crystal Palace features 4 iconic characters: Winnie the Pooh, Eeyore, Piglet, and Tigger. Winnie the Pooh stayed at the front of the restaurant the entire time, and there was a short line for meet and greet. The other 3 characters make their rotation around the restaurant, and they are very diligent about hitting every table. 5/5 stars in regards to the atmosphere! I will say, the food is pretty mediocre. The buffet didn’t have nearly as many options as I had expected, BUT, I did enjoy the variety of cleaner foods (salads, meats, veggies, etc). It was a nice change from all of the fried park food we’d been eating. The service was average. Our waitress was friendly enough, but she didn’t go over the top.

First of all, I really don't want to leave a three star review for The Crystal Palace. I have been visiting this restaurant for many, many years. I have an attachment to it! Unfortunately, year after year, the quality keeps going down...down...down (much like the rain that falls in the Hundred Acre Wood). POSITIVES: Extensive salad bar, cute and extensive dessert choices with soft serve ice cream station, comfort food that has something for everyone, many awesome tenured servers who have been with the company for years, and Pooh's Friendship Celebration (this is a Winnie the Pooh themed character dining experience) NEGATIVES: Chaotic, beaten up, dirty bathrooms, most of the food is quite subpar, Pooh doesn't visit table anymore, not the cleanest (which can be a little unsettling since it's a buffet) I'm giving the Chocolate Mint Pie an honorable mention - that was an unexpected treat! All in all, I would say this: try it at least once. Get a reservation around 8:15pm and hang out around the restaurant afterwards to watch the fireworks. I will probably visit again, continuing to hope that the quality goes up a few notches.

The food wasn’t great, but the character experience and server was much better.

waited over an hour to see 1 character, was late to our lightning lane and was offered nothing to apologize for our wait other than some advice on where to sit during the parade. food is great but if you’re coming for characters i would just sit at royale table or beauty and the beast

My favorite character breakfast of all time... Pooh and Friends can make an old man cry with happiness. And the breakfast/brunch buffet is excellent.

Been coming to Disney for decades. The Crystal Palace is great for character dining if you want to meet Tigger, Pooh and Piglet. Yes its classic Disney buffet. Mediocre food but plentiful. This time, surprisingly the service was also avg as we could not get a water of soft drink refill in over an hour. Come for the characters and if you want average plentiful food.

By far the worst dining experience in Disney World. Throughout our entire dinner only Piglet came by the table. We had to tell our waiter to help us get Tiger and Eyor was standing in the middle and no one told us until it was last call. Pooh went around us without hitting our table and when we told his cast member we were told we had to wait until he came back around again because they could not go out of order. I then spoke to the manager and she said we also had to wait at the cost of missing the parade when we were simply skipped. All that money and no photo with Pooh. Food is not great, either.

It was so good! Got to hug Pooh and they had on the best Mac and cheese! My favorite food. Love it so much!

Update If you have a 8am reservation Goodluck getting in on time. The huge crowds in the beginning of the park. No way and the boat is packed and doesn't move until 734am. Update managers are rude, staff rude, 8am reservation and didn't get called until 815am bull crap. Wanted table 1 or 2 and they Said no servers more bull crap because management lied 30 minutes later people sat on that area. Management don't care, upper management are rude and don't care don't eat here. Zero stars for management no really Look, it is cool with the characters but management no, rude, servers depending on who you get. Regular cast members good mangers no. 3 or less stars for everything else. Don't leave your party they don't like that.

The shrimp is good

Thought being inside disneys main area that this would be a great experience but that was not the case. It was very selected food with one side almost empty of food and it didnt seem busy inside, some food was dry and i had to drink through eating and ended up with half a plate of food. This experience is not worth the price paid, you're better off eating outside of this within Magic Kingdom. I believe in positive criticism and that people arent really saying how it is due to the area it is in but I hope Disney reads this and goes back to improve this area. It was definitly payment for seeing characters and nothing else.

Bonne expérience grâce aux personnages emblématiques. Néanmoins très déçus de la qualité du buffet, peu de choix et qualité pas exceptionnelle. Heureusement c’était qu’un crédit de la formule dinning mais sinon 160$ pour ça c’est inconcevable car ça revient à payer pour voir les personnages.

For me is a little bit expensive, but who can eat a lot the buffet is perfect.

Compared to the one in Animal Kingdom, this spot has fewer food options and honestly doesn’t feel as good. The Animal Kingdom one is better overall—I just hope the quality here stays consistent. For what you’re paying, it would be nice to see a bit more variety or better food. That said, my toddler had a great time seeing Pooh and friends and actually ate really well, so that part was definitely a win 😊

We came for a late lunch. We’ve been to Tusker House before (so i guess i am comparing the character dining experiences). The place and service were great. Character interaction felt less engaging than at Tusker House, where they visited every table and even had a short dance with the kids. The food was average. I do wish there had been more interaction, since that’s really what you’re paying for.

It’s an amazing experience to visit the Cristal Palace The food it’s good but the most wonderful thing it’s to eat while your favorite characters are around the restaurant and they take the time to talk with you, take a photo or autograph your book. I recommend this experience to everyone that I know and I visit it every single year.

As a multiple food allergy mama, I wanted to share the incredible experience we had at Walt Disney World in Florida this past weekend! My daughter has never been able to safely eat at a restaurant before, but thanks to Disney’s Special Diets Planning Team, our entire trip felt stress-free and truly magical. My daughter is allergic to eggs, wheat, dairy, peanuts/legumes, corn, and more. Since we were in communication with the planning team the restaurants already knew our restrictions ahead of time. They anticipated what she could safely eat before we even placed an order and made us feel completely cared for. Our stand out meal was at Crystal Palace in Magic Kingdom, a buffet character dining experience, and there was even a dedicated allergy chef who came directly to our table. Chef Ted was beyond kind and so friendly! He took the time to interact and play with my daughter, checked in on us multiple times throughout the meal, and even brought out ingredient labels and lists for us to review. They prepared my 18-month-old (non-paying child!) an entire custom meal including grilled chicken breast, steak, baked potato, carrots, and raspberry sorbet for dessert. It was honestly the largest plate of food I’ve ever seen presented for a baby! We truly felt treated like royalty. As a food allergy parent, dining out can be incredibly anxiety-provoking, but Disney made us feel safe, seen, and cared for every step of the way. We loved our experience at the crystal palace! We had late lunch reservations. The food was good and there were quite a few options on the buffet. We definitely booked this restaurant for the characters though. Tigger has always been my daughter's favorite. It wasn't busy during our 2:45 reservation so we got to see each of the characters multiple times. ❤️

Characters were funny, food was awful. Mandatory gratuity, that’s fine, but not tipping on top of that because all the server does are drinks. It was $200 for two people. That’s more than a Disney ticket!

I personally do not recommend. Was not one of my favorite places. Kids were screaming. It was packed and you sat there over an hour before the characters came to your table. Kids were bored. Waitress was nice but far and in between on visiting the table.
