What diners say — our read

The trajectory matters more than the average on this listing. Front-of-house tends to be raised approvingly here, averaging 4.0 stars. Price is the next most common subject, in 37% of reviews (averaging 3.4).

The single most common rating left here is 5 stars (11 of 19). The split is 14 positive to 2 negative across 19 rated reviews, with 3 in the middle. Speed of service shows up in 26% of reviews as well, averaging 4.2.

The lobby area and restaurant are noisy due to the amount of people in the area. Despite the noise, we enjoyed our time and the food was good.

    Great food, service and location.

We always have a perfect vacation when we stay at the Grand Floridian

Beautiful victorian inspired eatery at the Grand Floridian. They specialize in breakfast and brunch (dinner is also offered). We visited for brunch. I spent a good five minutes looking at the menu because I just could not settle on one thing. I eventually picked the Eggs Benedict that came with a tomato salad - both of which were fantastic. I also opted for the non-alcoholic Royal Berry Spritzer. My table decided to share a Mickey Waffle. All of this left us full and satisfied to continue exploring the GF and other resorts! The prices are reasonable (especially for a WDW Deluxe Resort sit-down), and the service was fantastic. Cannot wait to visit again!

Delicious, pretty inexpensive (for Disney World), simple, non character breakfast! We will definitely be back! Love love love

Emily from the Grand Floridian Cafe was so lovely. And of course the Mickey waffles were amazing 🥰

The bread is so good. The drinks are great and so is the food! I recommend

Breakfast was served fast and was delicious. The service is self serve, but eh people preparing the food and helping are fantastic. Made request to change items and they were super friendly and helpful.

We had brunch at Grand Floridian Café as part of a bachelorette trip, and it was a lovely experience overall. The dining space is beautiful and elegant, with that classic Disney resort charm that makes the whole visit feel a bit special from the moment you arrive. The drinks were a highlight for our group, they were well-made, fun, and perfect for a celebratory brunch. The food was your standard brunch menu. The Mickey waffles were a must to get, of course. The menu had a good variety of brunch options that came out nicely prepared. The staff was very friendly and attentive! Overall, it was a great spot for a relaxed, celebratory meal in a gorgeous setting.

Enjoyed our brunch! AM Ahmed was our server, he took care of us, we had a waffle and eggs Benedict, my eggs were poached hard as requested! All served with biscuits and orange zested butter! Atmosphere was very nice! Since we weren’t staying at the hotel, we’re staying at Ft Wilderness campground, we had to park across the street, which was very inconvenient and a long walk! Would eat there again, if we didn’t have to park so far away!

Bring back the Reuben!!! IYKYK! Giving 4 stars mainly because up until a few years ago they would always make some older menu items but they completely stopped which left it feeling a little less “magical”

Let me tell you if you want some delicious food, you have to give this place a try. The food was amazing the service was too. And the price is not that bad Make reservations and enjoy this meal. It is totally worth it.

The food wasn't bad, it just wasn't amazing. We come to Disney 3-4 times per year and food is our favorite. This was our first time here and we had high expectations. Sadly, the service was exceptionally slow-we were there for two hours and there was only two of us. Drinks alone took 20 minutes or more. Make sure you don't have important plans after booking here. I'd plan for at least 2.5 hours if you want to eat here. Overall there are so many other places on Disney property that we would go to over The GF Cafe. It's also quite loud here. We tried the Chicken and the Salmon as well as the two desserts pictures and two drinks (which I can't remember than names of.) The best thing we ate were the plantain rolls. Those are seriously incredible and definitely worth ordering if you choose to dine here.

Best value at Disney!! We have already booked another brunch!

I think the service and atmosphere are great. The food though… is not yummy at all. It feels very cheap quality. I had buttermilk chicken ($29) and my husband had a steak ($39.) The chicken felt kinda rubbery and steak was just low quality. I would not dine here again.

Beautiful place, mediocre food. I don't want to believe this place is near close to be a Disney place, Disney it's associated with magic and happiness, this was like still water in a semi clean glass, it was just ok... the food has no love, no seasoning... so disappointed. I will recommend to go to the other Disney's breakfast or brunch experiences, we are never coming back to this one for sure. EXPENSIVE AND MEDIOCRE

It’s hit or miss. Some days the food is excellent, other days the eggs are under done, servers are hard to find, and the tables are dirty. I love being seated by windows with amazing views. But I HATE being sat at a table on the wall where you can tell no care is put into keeping the area (walls, floor, seats) clean. It’s a shame because it’s a beautiful spot for brunch but each time I go in scared that I’ll be on their “off days” where service and food are bad- and for the price??? I’m wondering if it’s even worth the gamble at this point.

The restaurant was gorgeous and the food aligned with our expectations. The area that lacked was unfortunately the service upon checking in. We had made a reservation for noon under the assumption that we would be seated immediately or shortly after - while we were seated within 5 or so minutes, when checking in Jean told us that while we had a reservation we would need to wait to receive the text to be seated. No issues with this, but when asking for clarification or an estimate wait time none was provided and instead, was met with attitude. We were sat down shortly after, but the lack of clarity about the process and wait time despite checking in through the app before arrival created an unwelcoming experience The service at the table itself was great but Jean unfortunately made the first impression distasteful - the communication was not welcoming and lacked the attention Disney typically delivers

Five stars across the board! The food was incredible, the service was seamless, and the atmosphere at the Grand Floridian Resort is unmatched. A perfect high-end experience with nothing but positives to report. Highly recommended.
