Great place to eat. The staff, especially the managers, are great. Watched a man yell at both managers tonight. He was a bully. Mad because his reservation ran over by 5 minutes. They did not raise there voices and handled him with pre professionalism.

NOT GOOD! I had a 5:55 reservation for a party of 11 and didn’t sit until 6:58. Not to mention our waiter had a bad attitude and seemed very annoyed the entire time. The only good thing that came out of our experience was that our appetizers got fully covered by the manager, but that was the least they could’ve done for having us wait over an hour. Do not recommend.

Good coffee. Caprese omelette was decent. Pancakes looked good, but didn't have any. Kids liked it. If you need a breakfast place while staying at the Boardwalk Inn, worth a shot.
-
Wonderful atmosphere, fast friendly service, and the breakfast pizza is a delicious, filling and affordable option.

Food and service are both excellent

Large, busy dining. Close tables, children. Bread service consists of tough rolls, cold oil, and lots of roasted whole garlic cloves. Short rib was out in 5 minutes. Microwave works well.

The food here is really good! But what really stood out to us was our waitress, Elda. It was slammed when we got there, and she handled it like a pro. We never felt rushed, she was very attentive and genuinely cared about our experience. My husband has a gluten allergy, and she was so accommodating and helpful with navigating the menu and making sure everything was safe for him. If the food was bad, we’d still be coming back just for Elda!

One of my family's favorite spots to eat when we come to Disney. Much better than the food inside the parks. Most of my family loves the pizza which is really good, but I enjoy the chicken parm. A reservation is required, but service is pretty fast. I will say it is a bit loud in there, but this is a high traffic area. In my opinion, one of the better dining options at Disney World.

The Shrimp Pappardelle was amazing! 10/10 The pull apart garlic bread with the sauces was not our favorite. I would not recommend. Would also recommend the peach mocktail! Can’t beat a $6 mocktail!

Went to the bar to wait for our table (we had a reservation but wanted to get a drink first so came a bit early). Waited for the server to come over for 15 minutes before going to wait in line at the bar. Cleaned my own table and brought the dirty glasses up to the bar. Manager was just standing in the corner. Was seated right at reservation time and server at the table was very nice. Food was mediocre. Open kitchen and could see pizza dying in the window for almost 15 minutes which was concerning. Would not return.

Great food and service! No complaints at all, this place was awesome!
-
Great authentic Italian restaurant. Food is on point and service as well. The wait times are a bit on the longer side but well worth the weight.

6/8/26 came for breakfast this time. Our server Sean was very nice and attentive! We def will be back !! We came here for dinner and everything was perfect! Fabiana was our server. She was fantastic. We really enjoyed everything and will def be back. Not very pricey too for what you get. If you like Italian you’ll love this place !

Trattoria al Forno
-
Disappointing experience at Trattoria al Forno. We had a reservation and still waited over 50 minutes to be seated, with zero explanation or apology from the staff. For a Disney restaurant, where everything is supposed to be seamlessly managed, this is simply unacceptable.

Waleed provided great service, and the food was excellent (I did add an extra egg!). First time here, will definitely be back, especially with the fair prices.

Very attentive staff, very accommodating of food allergies

Chef Jackie went above and beyond with my nut allergy. I asked for the panna cotta on the menu which has some kind of nut crumb, yet she was able to whip one up for me that was safe for my allergies. An absolute asset to WDW!

We’ve dined here several times, but never for breakfast. We found it to be much less busier at breakfast and barely had to wait on a table. Our waitress, Mia was fantastic. Very attentive and had great suggestions. I got the pancakes which came with a blueberry vanilla compote, butter, maple syrup, bacon, and sausage. The pancakes without any toppings were airy, but kind of dry. However when you add a little syrup and the blueberry compote, it almost just sinks into the pancake and is just the right level of sweet that I like my pancakes. The compote changes seasonally, but the tartness of the blueberries mixed with the slightly sweet hint of vanilla blew me away. The sausage was good too. It had a good sear and snap. Now the real magic is the Al Forno eggs. It’s such a unique and complexly flavored dish. They cook it in the wood fired oven. It’s sunny side up eggs with fennel sausage, spiced tomato sauce, and cheese over a layer of polenta served with grilled country bread. Zero notes. This was savory, rich, and indulgent. Everything worked together. The egg yolks mixed with the flavor of the fennel sausage and acidity from the tomatoes along with the creaminess of the polenta was simply perfection. Trattoria Al Forno has proven time and time again that their food and service is consistent and worth every penny! Quick update: We went last week and they've changed the tomato sauce they use on the pasta and pizza and I am not a fan! I knew it had cream in it as soon as I saw…

Best dinner we had at our week at Disney. The gnocchi with steak was amazing!
-
Great breakfast. Definitely worth the visit while on Disney property! Breakfast pizza… a must!
-
Muy rica la comida, realmente no se siento como comida de caja o congelada. La sangría no estuvo tan rica como la comida.
