The health record runs ahead of the reviews. The last DBPR inspection returned an A (100/100) and no violations cited. That inspection was on February 26, 2026. Ranked against Brevard County, it is safer than 100% of the restaurants we score. The inspector left without citing anything — worth noting, since most visits find something.

Nice hotel close to the cruise ships
-
Very close to the port. Bar at pool and great friendly service.
-
Nice hotel. No issues and they were real nice and accommodating.
-
Outstanding! Our room was wonderful! We stayed here the night before boarding Carnival Mardi Gras. So close to ship terminal parking.

Belong to Hilton honors and got a nice upgrade. Very nice people at the desk.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel and I cannot speak highly enough of the staff. From the moment we arrived, everyone was welcoming and attentive. A very special shoutout has to go to Theresa at the breakfast buffet. She is an absolute gem. She greeted me with the warmest smile and went out of her way to make sure I had everything I needed. She anticipates your needs before you even ask. Her positive energy is the perfect way to start the morning.

This hotel was literally less than 5min away from hotel. I had no issues with service, room,or location. The facility was very clean, the front desk team and housekeeping were all friendly and approachable. The complimentary breakfast was well seasoned and good. In the event I take another out of Orlando this will be my go to.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean, comfortable and quiet. Well maintained property.|Breakfast was a good selection and well stocked. Teresa, the hostess was friendly, helpful and caring towards everyone.|Breakfast on day 2 wasn’t nearly as well maintained. Maybe 🤔 just an off day for the different hostess. |I would happily stay here again.

We stayed here the night before our cruise departed but our experience started way before that. I inquired if they accepted parcels which they were happy to do (ordered some clothes ahead of time to be delivered there). They even gave me instructions on what to put on the package address. Any questions or queries I had, I was able to reach them through the Hilton chat which was very useful. The concierge was very friendly and accommodating even though we had to check in much later than anticipated due to flight cancellations. The rooms were very large and clean. There was a nice functional kitchenette with our room. We requested a crib for our baby ahead of time and it was the usual pack and play which was more than sufficient. We got in quite late so we didn’t get to use the amenities like the pool. The hotel provides your standard hotel breakfast with a variety of your staples. They even had a waffle station which was neat. The close proximity to the cruise port will make this a staple for us in the future.

Nice Homewood. Good breakfast. Good pool. Large clean rooms.

Great hotel. Gorgeous large rooms. Food is good and if youre lucky like we were, you can see launches of rockets from Cape Canaveral.

We can’t say enough good about this place!! They were very welcoming when we arrived and everyone from the hotel we encountered were friendly and helpful if needed. The room was beyond spotless!! Shout out to Larry for being more than accommodating!

Great place to stay

I have been here about a month ago, had a great overall experience at this hotel and would definitely recommend it. The room was clean and comfortable, and it was well-equipped with kitchenware, including a stove, and toaster, which made the stay even more convenient. The lobby and lounge areas were well-designed and inviting, and the breakfast was excellent with a good variety of options. The staff were also very welcoming, which added to the positive experience. One unique highlight was their social event, where they served soup, salad, beer, and wine — something I haven’t seen offered at other hotels, and it really added a nice touch to the stay. That said, the service could use some improvement. There were piles of towels left in the hallway for over a day, which affected the overall impression. Also, housekeeping is provided every other day, so for a two-night stay you won’t receive room service, which may be inconvenient for some guests. Overall, despite a few service issues, the quality of the amenities and the unique offerings make this hotel a place I would still highly recommend.

Staff provided excellent service, with personalized care for foreign visitors. Congratulations go to Kris, Jennifer, Larry, and Lily [front desk], and Tara and Jennifer [for breakfast].

Riesige Zimmer mit hervorragender Ausstattung, nettes Personal, ideale Übernachtungsmöglichkeit für Besuch Kennedy Space Center

Close to port however will likely stay elsewhere next time. For the price the room cleanliness was subpar. Staff was friendly and common areas seemed well maintained. Breakfast staff was polite and helpful. Only 1 waffle maker if that’s your thing (long line). Gal at checkout was wonderful. Pool area and bar was nice. Shuttle service they use was helpful and prompt. For what we paid the cleanly of the room was not ok. Dirty walls, dirty/sticky floors, dirty bed covers, room had a smell (musty maybe). The bathroom was clean with no signs of mold. The view of the port was nice. Perhaps housekeeping was short staffed. Not sure but definitely not up to standard.

Friendly staff. Good inclusive breakfast. Overall satisfied.

Overall, the property is very nice. We did discover that there was blood on a pillow that my daughter used on the pullout. I brought the pillow downstairs and showed the front desk in the morning. She advised a manager will be contacting me about it as it was not acceptable. agreed, but no one ever contacted me. As a diamond member, the lack of follow up is completely unacceptable..
-
Room and front desk was awesome. Very clean and plenty of parking. As a Diamond member, I truly appreciate this. Shout out to Lily at the front desk for being so helpful after our long journey in from Texas
-
Nice spacious room, right across the street from the port.

Extended stay here with my husband for a job up at NASA. Old and dated rooms with pretty poor smell. AC units outdated and don’t take humidity out of the room- everything feels damp. Expensive nightly rates and semi rude front desk staff. Pool was freezing cold. Breakfast is decent. The best part about this place is the Tiki Bar by the pool, but it is only open Thursday- Sunday. Alex is fantastic! Difficult entry and exit point with traffic flow. I would not book here again, there are many better options.
