Community Rating
Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
There is no middle ground in these 25 reviews. Where the staff comes up, the rating that follows averages 4.2, so it reads as a strength. How long an order takes follows at 28% of reviews, where ratings average 4.0.
More reviewers landed on 5 stars than any other score — 17 of 25. What nobody raises here is tidiness — it goes unmentioned across all 25 reviews. 18 of 25 rated reviews are four stars or higher; 4 are two or lower.
The health record runs ahead of the reviews. The last DBPR inspection returned an A (92/100) with 8 basic violations. That result dates from January 29, 2026. Across its inspection history the kitchen is improving, which argues for giving it the benefit of the doubt. On health score it sits safer than 49% of the Brevard County restaurants we grade. What the inspector actually wrote up: cross-contamination and handwashing.
Both measures agree, which is the least complicated version of this page. The underlying reviews are reproduced in full underneath.

Our new favorite breakfast!
-
I don’t fault the waitress as she apologized so many times, but to have to wait an hour for a simple order is crazy and we were not the only ones. Atmosphere was great, food portions were small and had no seasoning
-
Solid BBQ and one of the best breakfast joints @ the Cape! The BBQ omelet and the blackened catfish are amazing (Derek in the kitchen knows what he is doing). And all very reasonably priced. Joanne is an awesome host, and Lisa is the BEST (ignore the negative Nancys; ornery is how I like my wait staff). A local fav! UPDATE: Great staff (as always), but you are missed, Lisa.

GET THE PANCAKES!!! We stopped in for breakfast before our cruise. Our daughter ordered the pancakes and they are great!
-
The food was just off putting. Really dry, bland, poorly cooked. It’s hard to screw up scrambled eggs but they really did.
-
Great food and great service. Very reasonable food price
-
The food taste really good. The atmosphere is lovely. The weight staff are friendly and knowledgeable. I would’ve had a fantastic experience, except for the fact that when I’m sitting here waiting on my food, I see the Cook come out, rubbing his hands and gloves all over his sweaty shirt through his hair and just goes right back into the kitchen to cook again. I almost threw up in my mouth.

Had a great breakfast for our group of 15 after watching the sunrise on the beach! Liz was a fabulous and friendly server! Thanks!
-
Sabrina was fantastic took care of everything we needed!
-
this is probably the best breakfast spot around. its low key with amazing service and food..spectacular bacon...everytime we come here its comforting to know it will be as good as the previous time.
-
We have stopped twice to eat breakfast and both times were great. I just wished I lived closer
-
Really don’t understand how this place is so packed. Food is horrible , service sucks, and waitress will trick you into charging more for what you ordered-. Don’t come here
-
Our server was Sabrina. She was hilarious and very kind! Our food was amazing, and the decorations made us LOL. It was relaxing, warm, and quite nice in here! Out of all the sprites I had in my life, this was the best too. I would give it 6- no, 7 stars if I could!!!

$20.00 breakfast burrito was small and ingredients weren’t anything to rave about. Surprised! Don’t order this!

Good food, good prices

Visiting Cocoa Beach, FL and tried this place for the first time tonight. It's a cute diner with friendly staff. They are open Friday night for a prime rib special $18.99. I got that and it was great. Try it!
-
Prime rib...make sure you order it rare! Not medium-rare.
-
I loved the atmosphere. I was my first time and will return for sure
-
Ordered food, came out wrong, while waiting for correct order no one checked on us. When order did come out brought by different person, wrong side, then told out of but brought out later. No refills offered. Finally had to ask for check and change. We would not recommend this place.

We stopped for breakfast. Down home comfort. Popular spot and I could taste why.
-
Always a delicious breakfast
-
My food was delicious the staff were polite
-
The service was good and we were seated very quickly and got our check immediately. However, the portions of the food were really small. I ordered the chicken and waffles and got a singular waffle the size of a piece of toast ( I thought the waffles was plural…) and 2 small chicken tenders that could’ve been cooked a little longer.
-
This place it always great! Mimosas are a very good deal. Waitresses and atmosphere are down home charm.
-
We loved this place! It was busy. SUPER busy. But we were able to get a table fairly quickly and our server was terrific. The chicken and waffles that I ordered was the best ever. I need the recipe for the waffles because...YUMMO!!!
