Ok hear me out. 4 stars? Well the place was kinda dirty and the service was ok. But the food was hot and fast. Honestly the biggest fries I've ever received in any state and the burger was really hot and juicy. I didn't even know McDonald's made fast food like this. Best MCDONALD'S I've had in over a decade.

My family is on vacation for the week and my teenager will not eat anything but McDonalds.

The service is the worst I’ve experienced. The staff is terrible, and the administrator is extremely rude.

Employees were nice, but the egg was bland. We liked the steak, egg, and cheese muffin, which was okay. The atmosphere wasn't bad, but overall it was a 2-star experience.

If I could give a 0, I would. This was THE WORST MCDONALDS I’ve ever had!!!!! The fish sandwich was just thrown together with tarter everywhere, like a 1 year made it and the fries were just Dead on arrival! I don’t know who’s in charge of this place, but they need to do better. The floor was also slippery and dirty. It was just YUCK!!!

This McDonald's location is very convenient for travelers residing in the nearby hotels. We ordered fries and soft-serve ice cream. My only complaint is that service was a little slow and staff seemed a little overwhelmed by the number of patrons present at the particular time that I was there. One staff member seemed a little agitated when a customer asked her to remake his sandwich twice because both times he brought it back to her, she had not gotten it right.

Hoy tuve una mala atención en este local reclame sobre las bebidas de sodas que tenían un sabor a cloro y la respuesta que me dieron fue que estaban perfectas las sodas pero yo insistí que sabía a cloro o que me cambiaron las sodas por otro producto y la respuesta que recibe fue que ellos no podían hacer nada yo estoy pagando por una comida que este buena espero que este local cambien la actitud del servicio como dice el dicho el cliente siempre tiene la razón

It's a McDonald's. The service was above average for a McDonald's. The Biscuits and Gravy was very Good. Second best I've had in my life, and I've had it three times.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a McDonald’s. We waited for more than an hour just to get our food, and the whole place felt completely disorganized. The service was extremely slow, and customers were visibly frustrated while waiting. To make matters worse, staff members were arguing in the kitchen instead of focusing on preparing orders. The atmosphere felt chaotic, and there seemed to be no management or organization at all. When we finally got our food, it was disappointing and tasted terrible, like it had been sitting for a long time. The quality was far below what you would expect from even a fast-food restaurant. Watching customers desperately waiting while employees argued made the experience even worse. I understand places can get busy, but this level of poor service is unacceptable. I truly hope they improve because this visit was very frustrating and disappointing.

Our experience at McDonald’s on Astronaut Dr was extremely disappointing. Due to multiple flight delays, our family of 8 was left without transportation and very limited food options late at night. Around 10:15 PM, we walked to this location hoping to grab a quick meal. Although the drive-thru was open and there were still customers inside, the lobby was closed. Since we had no vehicle, we attempted to order by walking through the drive-thru, along with two other groups in the same situation. Unfortunately, we were told we could not be served due to “liability” concerns. While I understand policies are in place, there should be better accommodations—especially in a heavily trafficked tourist area where many visitors may not have access to a car. To make matters worse, the manager, Sophia, was not helpful in offering any alternative solution or showing empathy toward our situation. Overall, this experience lacked both flexibility and customer care during a time when it was truly needed.

Bad man that employees in that people have done to my Sunday I’m trying to rest after a long day at work and I get here to this McDonald’s and they gave me this horrible sundae. They only put the kettle on the top. It’s like a toddler and there’s nothing anywhere and it’s horrible. Let me show you a picture, but I promise you to taste worse than it looks. It has a little bit of caramel. I’m not gender racist But this guy had time to put a different color on each of his nails and had no time to put caramel on a Sunday correctly.

So this is my local store and it's been consistently poor when it comes to service and cleanliness . They keep business up through tourist and dont have to worry about keeping repeat business . Floors are almost always dirty tables on one evening were "all" dirty and not bussed or cleaned. Bathroom was in worse state. 3 tables in restaurant and took over 15 min for chicken sandwich. Food is typical as it's hard for them to mess that up since it's so automated . During my most recent saw not one employee on floor doing anything except the guy who brought me my food (he was polite btw)

I only went through the drive through for coffee and a sandwich at 6am since I was working in the area. Staff that serviced me were very friendly.
