Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
One subject runs through these 22 reviews more than any other: the staff. Opinion on front-of-house is split — those reviews land at 3.6 on average. Cleanliness is the next most common subject, in 32% of reviews (averaging 3.0).
12 of 18 rated reviews are four stars or higher; 3 are two or lower. How much food arrives shows up in 23% of reviews as well, averaging 2.8. The single most common rating left here is 5 stars (9 of 18).
The inspection lands in between as well: DBPR graded this kitchen a B (86/100), citing 1 high-priority, 1 intermediate, and 3 basic violations. The visit behind that grade was January 7, 2026. Across its inspection history the kitchen is declining, which argues for reading the older reviews with caution. That puts it ahead of 29% of graded kitchens in Brevard County. For specifics, the last inspection cited cross-contamination and food-contact surfaces clean and sanitized.
This is a listing where the two measures each tell half the story. Full reviews follow below in the order they were left.

The only thing luxurious about this hotel is the lobby. The pool was nice & the food ordered from the bar was good, albeit expensive. Unfortunately our room was dirty.. the sheets had many black hairs on them (both beds), the sheets were very wrinkly like they had been slept in possibly or left in the dryer for a week. And they fitted sheet kept peeling up in the middle of the night - didn't fit the bed. There were make up stains on the pillows. Dark hairs (in every drawer) & some kind of crystal granules in one drawer of the dresser. Hairs on the walls & floor of the shower. Black smudges (unknown substance) on the shampoo & conditioner bottles on the bathroom counter. On top of it all, they charged me $12.84 a night to park in their parking lot. As if I didn't just spend a grand to stay at their hotel, now I have to pay for parking (which was almost non existent). They did not disclose i would have to pay for parking at the time the reservation was made & I saw no mention of it on the website when I was considering this hotel. So I was shocked they'd be charging me an additional $60 at check in. Plus a $250 hold on my card for potential damage. Which btw this room had a ton of damage. Closet doors were broken, drawers to dresser broken, fan switch on the wall was pushed into the wall & didn't work so we couldn't turn on the bedroom ceiling fan. Microwave didn't work. Fridge was struggling to keep things cool. Luckily i took pictures of everything with time stamps so i…

Patti at the Flamingo restaurant was awesome! She was going above and beyond for everybody there!

It’s very close to the port! Patti in the Flamingo restaurant was amazing. Very polite, went above and beyond for pretty much everybody that was there, including me and my 2 kids.

This place was a huge letdown. The room is in a very poor state, old, and completely unmaintained. Because of the loud, noisy air conditioner, sleeping was impossible. There is also no kitchenette and no microwave. What made it even worse was the front desk service—they completely ignored my complaints and didn't care at all. I’ve been to motels that offered a far superior experience. Do yourself a favor and book somewhere else.

The rooms leave a lot to be desired. If they were less expensive I would think it's fine. The doors were dirty, the shower curtain was stained and the halls were loud. There is construction everywhere. Our room was ample though (we were in a suite), so we were comfortable. These are like weekly stays where the service is only 3 times a week. Overall we would stay here again especially once they finish construction.

Craig is amazing!!!!!

Overall, our stay was okay, but there were a few things that made for a frustrating start. We arrived about 30 minutes after the stated check-in time, and our room still wasn’t ready. After driving around for another 40 minutes to give the staff more time, we came back and it still wasn’t available. We had just finished a 9-hour drive with two kids, so continuing to wait wasn’t ideal. Thankfully, the staff was able to switch us to another available room when we asked. We understand the hotel is expanding and that construction is underway, but there was a clear garbage bag sitting outside our room during our stay. It wasn’t the best first impression and was unpleasant to see every time we walked in and out. We know construction can create challenges, but a more timely check-in and better attention to the cleanliness of the common areas would have made for a much better experience.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Service from Patty! Patty at the Radisson provided exceptional customer service during our stay. We arrived late for breakfast, and even though breakfast service had ended, she still welcomed us with a warm smile and friendly attitude. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of and had everything we needed. Her kindness, professionalism, and dedication to guest satisfaction truly stood out. Thank you, Patty, for making our morning such a positive experience. We greatly appreciate your outstanding service!

Hotel was perfect! Excellent service! Especially from the bartender/waitress Patty! She was the best!!!!
-
Parking is pathetic. Very limited. For $200 a night, you must pay for breakfast. "Hotel" is more a Days Inn motel. Had difficulty entering room. Service room every 3 rooms... for $200+ a night. OH HELL NO!! NEVER AGAIN!!
-
Exceptional service from Josh at the front desk on June 5, 2026. He went above and beyond. He was super nice along with knowing his job very well.
-
Josh was great at checking us in. |Tina is THE BEST bartender!! We love the Radisson at the Port!

Nothing fancy by any means, but the room we had (212) was huge! I mean like the size of a small apartment...much bigger than the typical studio size! Very spacious so that was nice. I The pool was the biggest I've ever seen at a hotel! It was very large. The water was cold, so I would have enjoyed it much more had it been warmer. The pool restrooms were clean and nice. Check-in was effortless. I will say I was standing in the lobby at one point when a woman came in complaining about low water pressure in her room. They were going to have to move her. We personally didn't experience that but just a heads-up. Overall, a good experience and we'd come back!

Looks great in pics.||Beds uncomfortable, showers with no door, nowhere to hang wet clothes despite so many pools, pillows awful, extremely loud fridge.||Has good things about it, but would not stay again.

DO NOT STAY HERE. The resort is bay side and looks like a retirement home from the road. Cruise goers galore. Parking is motel style. Construction is up everywhere with ugly wooden boards adorning the halls and ruining the pool Pool is small. Rooms are clean, i expect that for 250$ a night. The staff is terrible. I was charged for someone else’s bill. Over charged on drinks and treated terribly by the bartenders who messed up. Management was terrible at correcting this offering us a drink at 10 am in lieu of charging me an extra 120$ in bar fees and telling me to call my bank. Management is not capable of running the resort and they are owned by a foreign conglomerate based out of Asia The resort is a joke. There is no accountability and the entire family had a poor experience at this motel resort. I would consider sleeping in my car over this headache.

Great place to stay for cruise, very nice place, clean, we had 2 bed suite it was great|staff was nice and helpful, very nice pool. They do have shuttle to ships, very busy place. Had no trouble at all. From orlando airport it's a 45 minute drive no problem|We use Uber it was 90.00 for a SUV which wasnt bad price for 4 people

Ok this is hidden entrance but the customer service was ok. I had people in front of me and I see they only got a $50 hold on their room for incident. I get up in line and I get hit with $100 hold on for my room. They are growing with new pool area and new tiki bar . That will be great to see when it’s complete. The room was very clean and smelled good. The only down fall Is the pillows on the bed are on the small side. They need to correct that I believe. The pool was clean and the staff outside was nice. They did run out of pool towels which then you were stuck wet walking around or going back to your room to grab some towels. Overall I would give it at 8 out of 10. If you’re going on a cruise this is a place you can relax after the cruise and get your thoughts together or get a great shower or just get ready to start your cruise…… visit the tiki bar….. have fun and relax and enjoy a good night sleep.
