Community Rating
Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
If these 23 reviews agree on a topic, it is front-of-house. Reviewers who mention the staff rate this place 4.9 on average — it is working in the restaurant’s favour. After that, how long an order takes appears most often — 26% of the corpus, averaging 4.3.
More reviewers landed on 5 stars than any other score — 21 of 23. 21 of 23 rated reviews are four stars or higher; 1 are two or lower. Behind those, serving size is raised in 22% of reviews (5.0 average).
The health record runs ahead of the reviews. The last DBPR inspection returned an A (100/100) and no violations cited. That result dates from February 5, 2026. Across its inspection history the kitchen is declining, which argues for reading the older reviews with caution. Ranked against Brevard County, it is safer than 100% of the restaurants we score. Nothing was written up at that inspection at all.
Both measures agree, which is the least complicated version of this page. The underlying reviews are reproduced in full underneath.

We waited for a while but left because we noticed many tables in including a long bar of people were waiting for food. Hoping.to go back one day.
-
Close to hotels, great food at reasonable prices
-
Best breakfast / lunch spot in Cape Canaveral. Sensible prices, generous portions and the nicest and friendliest service you'll ever find. Love this place.
-
Great place, but the wait for a table can be a while. The food was fantastic just as the service. Very hearty portions so bring your appetite or take it home with you.
-
It's a lot of food and it's reasonably priced. There is a lot of people and though they are quick and it's a big establishment it will be at least a 30 minute wait. If you're outside that will feel like 2 hours so be aware. Zero regrets though. They are so nice. It's rare I tip 20% or more and here they most certainly deserve it. Good food, great service, nice little spot.

Best breakfast in town, and a rare example of very fair prices. A locals favorite. I go almost every weekend and have never had anything less than extremely delicious!

This place always has a long line to get in. I can definitely see why. Food was fresh and delicious. The biscuits were huge, feeling and fluffy and went perfectly with the gravy. Grits were actually seasoned perfectly. I had yet to get grits that I did not have to add salt, pepper and butter to. These were perfect and I did not have to add anything. Corned beef hash had just the right amount of cruch on the outside and soft and hot on the inside. I can not wait to go back.

Good service for sure, but food was just average. Ill stop by again if in town to give a second chance.

This place is the best! Fabulous food sensible prices and wonderful staff! You may have to wait a little while but it’s worth it!

This is simply the best breakfast on the Space Coast! Southern cooking at its absolute best. Check out the specials board and the dessert case! Awesome owner and staff; you are a stranger once, family after that! Do yourself a favor and do not miss the fried catfish. And the banana pudding. And the cornbread. And the scrambles. And the biscuits and gravy. And chicken salad sandwich. And the fried green tomatoes. And the chicken and waffles. And the butter beans. And the Southern Benedict. And the homemade cakes. Stop reading and go.

Excellent variety of menu options at reasonable prices. Service was amazing! All staff worked together for customer experience and not for themselves. I highly recommend this "diner" to any local or visitor. I know I will be returning.

Absolute favorite place to visit when in town. Everyone is so welcoming and sweet. The food it self is amazing too! 100% highly recommend!
-
Great food! Great Service! Great Place! I took my family of 11 there for the first time, to eat breakfast after our cruise. We were greeted at the door with friendly, smiling faces and seated quickly, even without a reservation. The Food was excellent, everything tasted wonderful, and you got a hefty portion for your money. They were accommodating for the kids with Micky Mouse pancakes. The restaurant was clean and had plenty of seating. The staff, from the cashier to the waitress, was friendly, pleasant, and very attentive. Kootos to Kat and Tracy. This is a place you definitely need to stop by and experience. Highly recommend.
