Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
The kitchen grades better than the reviews do. Opinion on service is split — those reviews land at 3.1 on average. After that, tidiness appears most often — 29% of the corpus, averaging 3.7.
Newer reviews score better than older ones (4.0 recent against 2.1 earlier), so direction is worth weighing alongside the average. If you had to pick one number to represent this corpus it would be 1, the most frequently given rating (8 reviews). A third strand, how long an order takes, appears in 24% of them at 2.2 stars.
Against that, the kitchen inspects well — an A (99/100), 1 basic violations at the most recent DBPR visit. DBPR last walked in on May 27, 2026. That puts it ahead of 83% of graded kitchens in Brevard County. The citations behind that grade include nonfood-contact surfaces clean.
The weak part of this listing is the experience, not the sanitation — those are different failures. Read the originals below and judge the pattern yourself.

Prices are just to high for a hamburger.....do better Wendy's..time are tough with gas and food...we count on you to make it a little easier on us...but great staff
-
They use a computer for ordering at drive thru & person verifies when you get to the window.

This is the worst Wendy’s I’ve ever been to- doesn’t even taste like Wendy’s, food is gross. Especially for 30$? The frostys are good but the burgers are really gross
-
They round up so they’re profiting at least 4 cents on every order and they charge 50 cents for one additional sauce. Beyond ridiculous. Don’t worry. I took enough napkins to get my 2 cents worth back. Thanks.

First time at a Wendy’s, really helpful staff and lovely clean dine in area. Food was much nicer than UK McDonald’s!

Boss Lady is a joy here, Boss Man is too. Great services from here, food is topnotch.

The new AI ordering system is not intuitive at all and the screen at the drive through was broken. I had to check at the window that they even got my order right. Checked the receipt and it matched what I told the ordering system, but then the food I got was wrong. I didn’t open the bag until I got home so it was very upsetting to see that the food I had received was inedible

Worst Wendy’s experience I’ve ever had. My family and I stopped at this location while passing through Cocoa Beach, and everything about the visit was terrible. The nuggets were clearly old, stale, and cold the food quality was awful overall. Xavier and the manager seemed completely clueless about the menu and couldn’t answer basic questions about substitutes or options. To make things worse, the kids’ cups were sticky and dirty, and the ice cream we were served looked and tasted bad. It honestly felt like nobody there cared about cleanliness or food quality at all. This experience completely turned me off from stopping at Wendy’s while traveling. Management seriously needs to step up because this was unacceptable.

Another AI experience another job taken away less personal customer service.

The food was below average. The service was average.
-
Ordered door dash and took 50 minutes before the order was ready for the driver

Always fresh, pleasant staff, always clean.

Good burger the place is quiet and clean and it's my top of my list for a fast food burger

Food is food taste like every Wendy's. However I'm from Pennsylvania and I was shocked when they have a A.I taking your order. I thought that was neat. However if you mess up your words it can order more items that you didn't want. And I pulled up to pay and boy oh boy not surprise of the rude male that just hated his life and job so much take it out on me when I asked for mustard and ketchup. And manager this was on Wednesday night on April 8th. So you will now who was standing at the window.

It's a Wendy's. I only feel compelled to review it because someone decided AI should take the orders. No thanks. The actual employees were nice though!

Food is always fresh and the staff is absolutely wonderful!!

Ladies, if you're ever in dire need of a tampon or other feminine product, they ALWAYS have them stocked in the back if you ask. They put it in a Wendy's bag for discretion, and the guys do not make weird faces when having to handle menstrual products. The staff really do take care of their customers and they're so polite friendly.

I was very specific when I ordered my cheeseburger that it be plain with nothing on it except the cheese. What I got was a cheeseburger with everything on it. I'm allergic to tomatoes so I had to throw the whole thing out, including the money I'd spent. Unfortunately I had gone through the drive-thru and was unable to check it. Never again.
-
Ordered a pineapple mango drink it tasted like lemonade asked about if they may have made it wrong and dude had a attitude and answered quickly and closed the sliding window on me
-
The slowest Wendy's I've ever waiting at. And at the end of the drive through the worker said he didn't hear something right and I need to pull back around again. 40min of waiting
