Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
There is no middle ground in these 17 reviews. Opinion on front-of-house is split — those reviews land at 3.4 on average. Freshness and temperature is the next most common subject, in 24% of reviews (averaging 2.5).
Of the 17 rated reviews, 13 sit at four stars or better and 3 at two or below. Value for money shows up in 18% of reviews as well, averaging 2.7. The single most common rating left here is 5 stars (12 of 17).
On the inspection side the picture is cleaner: DBPR graded this kitchen an A (95/100), with 1 intermediate and 2 basic violations. Whatever the reviews argue about, sanitation is not the weak point. The visit behind that grade was March 11, 2026. On health score it sits safer than 63% of the Osceola County restaurants we grade. For specifics, the last inspection cited food-contact surfaces clean and sanitized and garbage and refuse.
Both measures agree, which is the least complicated version of this page. The reviews themselves follow, unedited and newest first.

Very very busy. Lots of great choices. Indoor pub with restaurant and outdoor bar too.

I went there twice today. Sam for lunch good. Brought my daughter back for dinner as she went to Dental school in Boston. The Haddock was good for me and we shared a clam chowder which was excellent! My daughter had a hot lobster roll which was good but not as good as in Boston Captain Hooks and Legals. Caroline was an excellent personable waitress and very attentive to our needs! I recommend this establishment.

Wasn't expecting Boston style food for brunch, but walked in with no expectations at all... Definitely a repeat visit in the future. Crabcake Benedict was legit. Fried clam strips are a solid recipe. I'm from the northeast living in Florida and this is a pleasantly surprising real deal place

No matter what I order here, the food always comes out tasting like it was just made with little to no seasoning. It also tastes like a lot of other mediocre restaurants foods, which tells me this is made in a factory and reheated here. It's clearly not food made at the restaurant. I’ve tried multiple items on the menu hoping something would stand out, but everything ends up being pretty bland and underwhelming. For the price, I expect a lot more flavor and quality. On top of that, the service is consistently slow no matter who I get. It takes forever to get a refill since servers tend to disappear. It doesn’t seem to make a difference how busy it is or who’s working, the wait is always longer than it should be. Unfortunately, I’m consistently disappointed and only end up coming back because my family wants to go. I really wish the food and service matched the prices and expectations of the reviews. Next time they want to come here, I'm just going to eat elsewhere before arriving. There's no way I'm going to continue starving because I can't get the food down. 😲🤨 I was still here waiting, and the server offered to get me a box for the Shrimp Scampi pasta I ordered. Once he brought the box, he literally mentioned that if I wanted more sauce for the pasta I can take the leftover sauce from another person's plate that was eating with us at the same table. That is insane! He doesn't know anything about us or health issues that could cause, cross contamination. The owner clearly…

Every time we are in Orlando (once a year) we ALWAYS eat at the Tavern! So stinking good!

We have gone to CTT many times, but today might be our last. Being from Maine, we know and want real New England style seafood. But today was not that day. My wife and I were celebrating our 21st wedding anniversary, and decided to treat ourselves. I got the Combo platter. Good, but the clams were really sandy and gritty. Not the norm that I've come to expect from CTT. My wife got the cold lobster roll. Upon the food arriving at the table, my wife noticed a strong fishy (not seafood, fishy) odor coming from the lobster roll. She took 1 bite, and it instantly turned her stomach. She said it tasted sour and off...not that usual sweetness you'd expect from lobster. She called over the waitress, Lisa. Lisa said she'd go get the manager. Didn't offer to take it away, just left. Lisa came back a couple minutes later, and said that the Chef tasted it, and it is fine. Then stared blankly at my wife. My wife asked Lisa to take it away. Lisa only then asked her if she wanted it replaced, to which my wife said no. My sons and I finished our meals, as my wife sat and waited. Lisa came back a few minutes later, and doubled-down...saying that no one else said anything about the lobster, leaving my wife feeling like she was the one who did something wrong. We skipped desserts, as we were disappointed in the level of service. Lisa then brings the bill, and stands at the table, holding the credit card machine and instructing my wife on which buttons to hit...leaving my wife to feel…

We had a really nice meal here, with great service also., and celebration is a cute little place to explore

I really wish this local favorite offered better seafood options. As a seafood lover and someone who tries to eat healthy, I was disappointed with my meal. The mahi-mahi was dry and lacked flavor, and the seafood medley tasted more like previously frozen seafood than a fresh seafood dish. Even the broccoli didn’t have the fresh taste I was expecting. On the positive side, the Caesar salad was excellent, as always. I’ve also had their burger before, and it was much better than the seafood selections. Based on the seafood alone, I would give it 2 out of 5 stars. What saved the experience was the outstanding service from Drew. After I accidentally left my wallet on the table, he actually chased me down to return it. That level of honesty and customer care deserves recognition. Thank you, Drew.

Located in the heart of Celebration and backed by some really great reviews, we decided to give this place a try for dinner. There were four of us, and we came in with pretty high expectations. We started with the onion rings, and honestly, they were the highlight of the meal. The portion was huge, they were hot, crispy, and packed with flavor. Definitely enough to share and absolutely worth ordering. Two of our group ordered the fish and chips. While the fish itself was lightly battered, flaky, and cooked well, the "chips" were a bit of a disappointment. The portion of fries was surprisingly small, almost like an afterthought. We actually found ourselves wondering if there was a potato shortage. The alternative was a bag of Cape Cod potato chips, which seemed like an odd choice for a restaurant meal since you can grab those at any grocery store. One person upgraded to sweet potato, which were good, but the overall presentation still felt lacking. I ordered the Meatloaf Stacker. It arrived piled high with hot, fresh onion straws, which were excellent. The meal itself was served hot and looked fantastic. Unfortunately, the meatloaf had a strange flavor that just didn't work for me. I can't quite put my finger on what it was, but something about the seasoning or texture seemed off. It wasn't terrible, but it definitely wasn't something I would order again. The fourth meal was a burger and fries. The burger was decent enough but nothing memorable. It wasn't bad, but it also…
