What diners say — our read

If these 13 reviews agree on a topic, it is the staff. Reviews mentioning front-of-house average 3.4 stars, so it divides opinion rather than settling it. After that, wait times appears most often — 31% of the corpus, averaging 3.3.

Of the 13 rated reviews, 9 sit at four stars or better and 2 at two or below. The single most common rating left here is 5 stars (7 of 13). A third strand, value for money, appears in 23% of them at 4.0 stars.

On the inspection side the picture is cleaner: DBPR graded this kitchen an A (97/100), with 3 basic violations. Whatever the reviews argue about, sanitation is not the weak point. The visit behind that grade was May 27, 2026. Across its inspection history the kitchen is improving, which argues for giving it the benefit of the doubt. Ranked against Osceola County, it is safer than 77% of the restaurants we score. For specifics, the last inspection cited cross-contamination and dishwashing facilities.

The honest summary is that the evidence is mixed on both sides. Full reviews follow below in the order they were left.

Team members were very friendly, personable, and extremely polite. I really enjoyed the apple chips on my salad and asked what brand they were. A team member who was waiting for their food at the end of their shift overheard me asking what brand they were and said they would grab a bag from the back so I could take a picture of it. Loved the enthusiasm to jump in and help with a customers questions. Great team here.

Panera Bread real reviews I have been a loyal customer of Panera Bread in Celebration, Florida for many years, and tonight’s experience was extremely disappointing. I arrived at approximately 8:03 PM expecting to enjoy a drink, as this location has traditionally closed at 9:00 PM. When I tried to enter, the doors were locked. I saw the manager outside and politely asked if I could come in just to get a drink. He replied, “I’m sorry, but we’re closed.” I explained that I only wanted a drink and would be in and out quickly. Instead of showing any understanding or customer service, he repeated himself and changed his tone, saying, “Ohhh, I’m sorry, but it’s closed, okay.” What disappointed me most was not that the store was closed, but the way the situation was handled. As a customer who has supported this location for years, I expected a more respectful and professional response. Customer service should matter, especially to loyal patrons. Unfortunately, this experience left me frustrated and feeling unappreciated. I hope management reviews how customers are treated and communicates changes in operating hours more clearly. I hope Panera Bread answer

Overpriced corp chain! Of course, everything is Bread! Lol. The issue there is, a majority of us are on a quest to eat better! They removed breakfast wraps. All their breads are not diet friendly. $8.00 for a mediocre sandwich. 3.29 for a mediocre coffee! Bland tasting food. Only reason I go is the sips club! Despite having focus as a bread company, get with the times! You need to realize, people are eating smarter and looking for keto/no low carb breads! If they had a simple $5.99 eggs, meat platter, it would be a home run breakfast option! Service is great! Peeps working there are really polite! Sadly, the food just is boring and the price for boring food, sad coffee will have you looking for better options. Of which, there are plenty of great alternatives!

Nice atmosphere, had a latte, came quickly.

The cashier was more focused on chatting with her coworkers before acknowledging us or say hi. The rest of the crew were great, breakfast sandwiches (chipotle chicken & avocado was delicious!)

    My favorite place for breakfast!

Questionable service for such expensive fast food.

Best customer service. Healthier choices. Yummy food.

I am handicapped and rely on the drive-thru. It was closed, because they did not have enough staffing. I tried going in. Not being able to walk made ordering, getting my food, getting what I ordered, and drink refill almost impossible. I asked to speak to the manager. No one available. Very poor for Panera!

Food cheap and cheerful. Cafe type experience.

  • April 30, 2026

The staff were rude. The manager was acting as if she has no time for her guests. She was the worst. If I could, I’d have given it a half star! Avoid this place like the plague!
