Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
One subject runs through these 16 reviews more than any other: front-of-house. Reviewers who mention the staff rate this place 4.3 on average — it is working in the restaurant’s favour.
More reviewers landed on 5 stars than any other score — 12 of 16. Of the 16 rated reviews, 14 sit at four stars or better and 1 at two or below. What nobody raises here is pacing — it goes unmentioned across all 16 reviews.
On the inspection side the picture is cleaner: DBPR graded this kitchen an A (100/100) with no violations cited. Whatever the reviews argue about, sanitation is not the weak point. That result dates from September 19, 2025. Ranked against Osceola County, it is safer than 100% of the restaurants we score. No violations were recorded at that visit, which is the cleanest result available.
Nothing here pulls in opposite directions — an unusually clean read. The reviews themselves follow, unedited and newest first.

Just a great getaway for a couple or with kids. It was our 2nd visit and this time We went for a couples getaway. We had a the perfect stay and just what we needed- Rum floaty drinks relaxing in the lazy river! 😄 We did also workout and played some golf on the par 3 course which is also lit up at night to avoid the heat and sun. I wish we got a chance to go to their golf target range ( similar to Top Golf). We were happy with the new rooms on the West wing as it was more relaxed and away from the hustle. Our room we chose was with a balcony and a view of the suites/villas and their "Top Golf" called Eagles Edge. Just a great time!

Plenty to do out: many pool toys, waves, and slides! Great for kids, relaxing for adults.

¡Totalmente recomendado, volveremos seguro!

Resort was nice for pools and activities for adults and kids. However room quality is subpar for the price and room service did not even come in to clean our rooms both of the days of our stay.

One of the worst booking experiences I have ever experienced. I was trying to connect a group rate block. I called the number provided in the link. I have called 3 separate times been told to talk to 3 different departments and to send an email to an address that gave me an undeliverable. I asked to speak to general manager was on hold and transferred 3 times before one of the agents hung up on me. Truly an awful representation for your brand

This property is still, hands down, one of my all time favorite resorts. I stayed there with my husband at least once a month when we lived in Orlando over the span of 10+ years. It provided the perfect blend of luxurious surroundings, impeccable service and the staff managed to create a VIP experience for us without the unwanted feeling of stuffiness I have developed a distaste for in my many stays at the world class resorts in and around the Orlando/Kissimmee/Lake Buena Vista areas. I was fortunate in being privy to inside information regarding the various offerings available to staycation enthusiasts due to the fact that my husband was an Orlando native. This is the perfect place to stay if you don't have children but you still feel like engaging in child like fun (like grabbing a tube and heading to the lazy river) without the judgment or stares I was initially expecting! The freedom to reconnect with my husband and being able to just have fun together while allowing the world around us to disappear for a bit was priceless! It may have even saved our marriage; no doubt it certainly enhanced it. Unfortunately I lost my husband to cancer in 2025 which is why I am referring to him in the past tense. Omni Championsgate is responsible for some of my most fond memories of my time with my late husband. Do yourself a favor and give this place the opportunity to wow you! * Just fyi: I always stayed in the main hotel so I am not sure what the experience is like for guests who stay…

Booked 2 Queen room, kids enjoyed the water activities specially the lazy river and wave pool. There is mini golf, golf games (we did not use as kids wanted to enjoy the water activities). Had Lunch at Travis and they were able to accommodate the dietary restrictions.

One word description: Aging 3.5 out of 5 THE GOOD ° The pool area is GREAT - Water is well maintained (credentials: I used to maintain 24 Hour Fitness Pools) ° Lobby is quite nice - Staff was great ° Carlos is a great massage therapist. Very knowledgeable ° Gift shop was fun and had a lot of variety - Not something I'd typically say, nice surprise ° Plenty of options for food - Glad they had Pete's Coffee! The Cold Brew Oat Milk Latte was AMAZEBALLS ° Plenty to do around the property - Honestly the outside is what saves this review. THE BAD ° Too much trash and towels accumulated around the pool area ° Room smelled musky when entering - I don't think the exhaust fan works very well THE UGLY ° RUST RUST RUST ° AGE AGE AGE ° Honestly I think management needs to go around the property and audit. - Rust on the pool deck - Rust on bedroom vents - Vents hanging loose in the deli - There's just a lot of attention to detail that's missing and to me that's what should make the Omni, THE OMNI
