TIJUANA FLATS

It's been a while since I've had Tijuana Flats since the location closest to me has closed on 192 & 429. I didn't get what i was expecting to get foodwise, but i should have been more clear about what i wanted. I'll take responsibility for that. The food i did get was very good, the customer service was great & the atmosphere is always good at Champions Gate. I'll be returning to this location.

I have spent thousands of dollars on Tijuana Flats over the years. I had literally thousands of points. I was out of the country for a little while, and then in a part of the country that didn't have a store. I was so excited to go to this Tijuana Flats only to find that my thousands of points had expired due to "inactivity." While many of the stores are closing, the company decides to punish customers. Thank you for punishing my service to the county, I will not be back

Let me tell you about this place before you go, they will charge you full price for half empty drinks. And don’t bother asking for extra anything because not only do they double charge you but also give you scraps. Absolutely appalling!! I’d really like to hear from your corporate office. 10/10 experience. Nate was an amazing manager. Out there with the staff helping out. The staff seemed happy and ready to work. It was a very environment. Bathrooms were clean Food came out fast and fresh. Best bowl ive had at any Tijuana, and we eat alot of it. Great fun place. 😁

Love the hard tacos fresh jalapeños...the quality of the beef could be better...they need real salsa...if they had some without vinegar added...it would improve the taste

I always enjoy eating or order online the team they always make you feel welcome and always willing to hear what options or upgrade you can make in your food .. I’m a vegetarian and I like it cause they have options available and you still enjoy the food 🫶 even they’re young employs treat you with a lot respect and always ask is everything go out very good in order to give the best service posible .. love this place 🫶 totally recommend

Just recently moved back to the CGate area and thought I would give this particular Tijuana another go. The turn around is evident. The hourly staff and Manager Stacy have done a great job. Well mannered, polite staff. Hard to come by in today’s market. Keep it up !

Excellent food, Excellent staff, price a bit high

I tried their chimiechanga for the first time and LOVED it! I omitted the jalapeños and tomatoes on top. For the filling i chose the blackened chicken and refried beans. The chimi was quite large and full of ingredients. In addition I ordered the 3 dip and chips combo. The dips include generous portions of queso guacamole and salsa. All were good. The salsa had a bit much cilantro for me though. There was a large bag of chips and the chimi comes with more chips on it however you can choose to not get them. There is an extensive sauce bar with sample cups available. Most leaned towards the spicier side though. Id encourage you to download their app as they offer some great deals at times! Full disclosure as my chimmi was around $11 but I got it for free without an additional purchase. I did however purchase the dip trio for around $7.

Went here for flavorful Tex-Mex. All I got was ZERO flavor, and an empty wallet.

Horrible experience. Ordered online and my food looked disgusting. Chips were EXTRA salty. 0 stars

Love the freshly made food here. No precooked mass produced rubbish here. Service is quick and at great prices.

We were here 7 years ago from Houston and finally made it back. Raining out and AC was on, wife was cold and the manager without asking turn AC temp up and killed the fans.
