I spent 90 minutes waiting for a lukewarm burger and fries when the restaurant was half empty.

Everytime we order here we are missing items or the food is cold and salad is brown lettuce. I guess we have given up trying them

Food was terrible fries were hard chicken was gross and extremely dry definitely waste of time and money

My ice had slime sludge in the center. We called the server over and showed her, these called manager came over and asked if I wanted another I said no, just take it off my bill. The server than came back with the bill and told me the manager comped my drink! She didn't comp anything, she took the unranked drink off of my bill. The attitude and entitlement was disgusting.

Christine was amazing, Your review show how you guys are doing you need a new general manager. There is no reason why she was left alone tonight with the game.. You need a new GM

Food is not that good but nice servers.

Wings are super salty :( Not edible, had to throw away. My sauces were Caribbean Jerk, HONEY BBQ, and Garlic Parmesan. Don't understand why the Caribbean Jerk and Honey BBQ was still salty. 6/5/2026 This was my 2nd time ordering from here. The first time was good; I ordered a burger and fries. The burger was so good! That's why I decided to order again from here because last week experience was great. I should have stuck to the burger again, instead I decided to try the wings. Sadly, it was no good. Extremely salty, and unable to eat.

Hey Y'all - popped by last Sunday - annual tradition at the end of a week water-skiing at Swiss. I gotta say Sean the manger is a total rockstar. Not only is he a fabulous host he was able to get a specific sporting event up on the tele for me. Our bartender was great too - and let's be honest those wings... dang they are good. My only regret is that we didn't order more wings!

I love this restaurant so much food is always incredible service is great as well I just love it so much everybody is so amazing 🤩🔥 took my parents for the first time today! My mom absolutely loved it my dad he’s normally cranky about going out to dinner etc !! But I always enjoy it there such a good food and great people

This place has always been great!

I got 6 boneless wings and fries, lunch special. Heavily breaded, more breading than chicken. The whole meal cooled off very quickly before I even finished eating, leaving me to think it had been all pre-cooked and just heated up quickly when the order came into the kitchen.

Fun atmosphere, always competitive in a friendly way. Lots of entertainment and very social. Sometimes, I find the wings a bit over cooked and dry but still flavorful nonetheless

Erica is absolutely the best server I’ve ever had. She has the best energy I have ever seen from a server. She made our experience so wonderful! My family really appreciates how nice she is. Bww, you better hold on to her ! We will be back just to see her !

Brandon @ Clermont Florida location is really good and precise.

We had a horrible experience at this location. The server took our drink order but completely forgot my son's drink. After bringing mine, the server completely disappeared and ignored us for 26 minutes. We couldn't get anyone's attention to take our food order or even fix the missing drink. After wasting nearly half an hour being treated like we were invisible, we just decided to leave. Terrible customer service and a total lack of attention.

Had chicken tenders salad. Good food. Waitstaff great. Would go again.
