Excelente!

Our food was eh, a lot of things were out which sucked and our food did take a long time. But our server was amazing. Such a great guy and he did very good for only his second day as a server. Allan is our new god we worship every day at chilis 🌶️🙌🏻.67 fork and knife(he know what this means). Other front house employees were super nice 👍🏻

Food was questionable and not the best

My girl and I go here all the time, and in general the service is always great. On June 16th 2026 TRAVIS T rocked our world. It's like he could read our minds, bodies, and soul. He was the perfect mix of attentive and casual. Charming and quick. Made our night fun and memorable. We are chilis and Travis customers for life.

Expeditious and amiable service is provided. Unlimited side dishes are available without any delay.

We receded and our waitress was excellent. We were at our table placed our order and while we were at our table for a good 1520 minutes, we were waiting for our food and our silverware that was on the table in a small little paper brown pouch bag when our food arrived, we decided to take out our utensils and that’s when a huge roach flew out from the paperback pouch. Where are utensils were crawled all over the lady that I was with on her shirt on her pants. Everything I had to jump up help her grab the roach that was finally under her leg squish it dead and immediately I called for the manager while the manager did come out ASAP she commented saying oh no I’m so sorry. We just had the place sprayed yesterday. I looked at her and I was just in shock to hear that she had said that number one and number two obviously that there was a huge German cockroach crawling all over my friend, though Chili’s did waive the bill and they did move us to another table. I will never go there again. I was sick to my stomach just sitting there eating the food unfortunately we could not leave because my friend is handicap and we were kind of in a bind. Though it was nice to see that they waived the bill I will honestly say I will never ever go back to that Chili’s again it’s old and just to see the roach fly out. It was disgusting. I could only imagine what is in their food.

We were seated as soon as we walked in the door Service was horrible had to wait over ten minutes on a refill table behind us was set 15 minutes after we ordered and they received their food before we got our chips and salsa our waitress did not even bring out our food we had to ask another server for our refills for the time we got seated to the time we left was over a hour and a half

We ordered online for pick up and when we got home we discovered the broccoli was raw, and the Mexican rice was not fresh. I frequent Chili’s often and was highly disappointed with the food for paying $176 for (5) people.

Food quality was excellent. However time was long, but it was packed so makes sense.

Not too crowded. Played motown hits. Great food. Got 3 for me. Terrific service as usual.

Food was ready on time. Chilis is pretty much the same in every city. Met expectations.

Great place, food was excellent,service was first class.
