DUNKIN DONUTS

I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding my experience at your Dunkin’ location at 511 US-27, Clermont, FL, on June 30, 2026, around 10:00 AM. I ordered a coffee, but after receiving it, I noticed it did not taste right. I returned and politely asked if it could be remade. Instead of remaking it, the manager simply added more coffee into the same cup and made a sarcastic comment, saying, “Well, you drank half of it already.” I explained that I kept tasting it because I was trying to figure out whether the coffee was actually wrong or if I was mistaken. I then had to return again because the coffee still wasn’t right and ask for cream and caramel flavor on the side. At that point, the manager said she would remake the whole coffee, but stated that it would be “the last time,” with an unnecessary attitude. What made this situation worse was what happened afterward. When I asked for my receipt, I was told it was “long gone,” which made me feel as though I was being prevented from properly documenting my visit. As I was leaving, the situation became even more uncomfortable. The general manager repeatedly told me her name was Rosa, even though I had not mentioned filing a complaint. At the same time, one of her employees said, “It’s okay, we were busy today,” in a condescending tone. I told Rosa directly that I was not putting in a complaint, but both she and the employee continued making these remarks. Their behavior felt antagonizing and made me feel singled out and…

I visit this location specifically because of the employees Rosa is amazing she knows me by my voice via the drive thru that a plus in customer service Sueliy my her energy is one AMAZING one she’s so upbeat she’s my pre boost of energy before my coffee There’s a gentleman in the morning with the longer curly hair at the drive thru can’t recall his name but he as well is so great! Thank you all for the customer service that makes me a loyal customer. Rosa thank you for mastering my order and voice! Definitely excellent store and staff!

Just had a horrific experience at this Dunkin. This is already probably one of the worst Dunkin's I have been to however today was the last straw. I had ordered the Oreo Cloud Latte. I took one sip and knew I had to turn around. It tasted like there were chemicals in the coffee. My wife had tasted it as well to make sure I wasn't crazy. We went back and they told me it was just the Oreo flavor so I got a plain coffee as a replacement... and it tasted the same. In a previous experience my wife has had mold in her breakfast sandwich so not sure if the coffee had spoiled or the milk, but regardless the coffee was undrinkable. Expired food or chemicals from improper cleaning is going to end up getting someone very sick. Avoid this location at all coasts! Your life depends on it.

My son got sick from eating the food here . So either the staff was dirty or where they cook the food in was . He only eats hashbrowns and donuts . Never again will I visit this location

I’ve ordered here a bunch ever since I moved here. It was great until recently. I’ve had my coffee come without espresso, sandwiches that have came completely incorrect and when I try and get the correct order it’s still made wrong. I’ve only had issues with the this place only in the past 2 months. Not sure what’s happened but I hope it gets resolved soon so I can start going back

Customer service was good, but poor selection of donuts and bagels. Not even a plain. This was at noon. Don't expect a full menu to be available.

This honestly has to be one of the most inefficient and worst quality Dunkin’ Donuts I’ve ever been to in my life. And I love Dunkin in general I love coffee and when I want good coffee, I go to Dunkin’ Donuts for their original blend. If I want something more jazzed up. I tend to go to Starbucks. It is what it is. But this is the slowest service and worst attitude Dunkin’ Donuts ever. The people that they have employed are slow as molasses even on a morning that only had two cars in the drive-through and nobody in the parking lot. They just don’t care. And that is evidence of poor management. If management cared about their employees, the employees would care about the customers. That’s simple business math.

Unprofessional Drive-Thru Experience – Store #349795 I had a very uncomfortable experience at Dunkin store #349795 on March 4, 2026 at approximately 7:06 AM (drive-thru transaction, check #61110). Manager #749964 The week prior I ordered the $5 breakfast deal that includes a wrap, hash browns, and a medium coffee. I simply mentioned that I didn’t like the way the coffee was made, and it was remade. I informed him I tried to call but couldn't get in contact with anyone at this location. I rarely visit Dunkin and that was the first and only time I had ever asked for something to be remade. This morning I returned and ordered a cinnamon roll only through the drive-thru. When I pulled up to the window, the employee who appeared to be the manager asked if I had come in the other day. After I confirmed that I had, he stated: “Well, this will be the last time I make this.” I believe I was mistaken for another customer because I have never repeatedly returned asking for remakes. The comment felt unnecessary and unprofessional. In addition, the order was handled oddly. My change was attached to the bag with the donut and handed to me all at once instead of giving the change first and then the food, which is normally standard practice. I have never seen this manager before and the interaction made me uncomfortable as a paying customer. I still have the receipt for the transaction. Screwed up every order I have gotten. Awful awful service. Maybe the worst Dunkin I have ever had, and I have been to many!

Donuts aren't fresh like they used to be and only have like 6 donut options. Service was friendly and fast and the coffee was good.

Ordered on the app at 9:57, I’m writing this review starting at 10:15 when they haven’t even started making my drink. It’s been almost twenty minutes now and no drink…. they clear their mobile orders and completely ignore them. I finally asked and he came back to tell me they were out the swirl flavor… We’ve been standing here for over fifteen minutes. I have big regrets about my money. I’d like a Dunkin representative to contact me about this nonsense. Absolutely unacceptable.

Lisa was amazing! I visited on Christmas Day and it was so so busy. She got everything in my order perfectly, and she was the nicest person ever. Thank you for making my family’s holiday so much better!

So my honest review of Dunkin’ is that it’s great! The coffee was amazing, the vibe in there was good and that girl Lisa was great! She was super nice and made the best coffee I’ve ever had! She’s super friendly and cute and a pleasure to be around!
