Only came for 1 item today, one of those limited menu items that has been heavily promoted. Worried with it being a holiday that the location would be busy, or that the promotion item would be unavailable; but both turned out to be untrue. The service was quick and manager Carlos was friendly.

Do not ever stop at Mcdonlds between five thirty and six a.m. There systems are always down and not working. Apparently my money is no good there …..

A joke. They say they are open early, yet the past couple times I’ve gone, the “system” is mysteriously down. Almost reminds me of the “ice cream machine isn’t working.” You’d think if this were true, which I doubt, you’d have a backup system to mitigate these kinds of issues since they happen all the time. Just don’t advertise you’re open at 5am just to have your staff lounging around in the back, in full view from people driving past. At least be somewhat honest.

Fifteen minutes in curbside pickup for a standard meal. Get home and find I wasn't given a straw or the entree for my meal.. call number and it's disconnected. Can't do anything about it through the app. Just drive to a different nearby franchise

Their new strawberry refresher had mold on the strawberries. Requested to change it out for a Dr Pepper and was told no. Bad customer service over a ¢0.50 soda. Like why

Ordered 2 cheeseburger kids meals plain. Got home and both cheeseburgers labeled extra ketchup, extra pickles .. nice, wasted $15 and kids are not happy, my fault for not holding up the line to confirm .. everytime and every McDonald’s, hold up the line and check
