Community Rating
Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
Worth separating two things on this listing: how the food is received, and how the kitchen inspects. Reviews that raise the staff average just 2.3 stars — this is where the complaints concentrate. After that, how long an order takes appears most often — 36% of the corpus, averaging 3.6.
What nobody raises here is whether it is worth the money — it goes unmentioned across all 14 reviews. More reviewers landed on 1 star than any other score — 8 of 14. 5 of 14 rated reviews are four stars or higher; 8 are two or lower.
Against that, the kitchen inspects well — an A (93/100), 1 intermediate and 4 basic violations at the most recent DBPR visit. That result dates from March 20, 2026. That puts it ahead of 74% of graded kitchens in Lake County. What the inspector actually wrote up: clean clothes and food-contact surfaces clean and sanitized.
Worth separating: the complaints above cluster on freshness, not on the kitchen, which inspected well. Full reviews follow below in the order they were left.

Service was extremely slow, despite only two sets of in-restaurant diners and fewer than three cars in the drive-thru. App order said it'd be ready at 10:10p. I asked around 10:20p about the delay and they didn't havey app order in their system. After confirming I had ordered at their location, they found my order and prepped it by around 10:30p

These people have got to be the laziest people to work and do 1 job. Ive gotten over 5 meals over several occasions and everytime they have messed it up. Unreal. Horrible staff. Horrible management.

I got a nice chicken chalupa and the girl who took my order was pretty nice and kind, I know I can always trust my local Taco Bell.
-
Don't go this location African manager there is very rude and was itching his nose while making food. I went there 9pm
-
Old grease!! This is the second location that has had the same issue.
-
Usually very fast and friendly. Quality usually acceptable but once in awhile it’s not

The so called manager on duty accused us of lying when they forgot to include our dessert in the bag, then refused to comp anything after we had to drive all the way back. There's a reason this toilet has bad reviews. Don't go here.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY - WORST TACO BELL EVER. Food is literally crap here and the staff is so rude no matter what time of day you show up and no matter how long the line is. You get treated like crap even being the only one in line. The morning crew are literally so rude its shocking. I straight up just drove away this morning after trying to just order one thing. - nastiest vibes.

I’m not sure if this is the right Taco Bell, but I want to thank Lyndsay and Callum for their awesome customer service skills. We need more kind people like them in the world. 10 out of 10👍🏾

I don't blame the employees, I blame management for having so minimal staff on the weekend to the point that they can't even get a good product out due to there drive thru times. I ordered food for me and my family , the young lady was very nice but food came out cold and all in a rush due to not having enough people. This is all on managments hand sue your employees a favor and get them help if not your store will fail.

The woman I had in the drive through was precise, quick and nice. Said hello, told me to have a nice day. Didn't feel forced and seemed like she actually enjoyed her job. Definitely would go back.

Not washing hands before preparing food, eating the food while preparing. And on phones swiping looking through phone when being told to prepare the food.
-
Friendly service and quality of food is great. I live closer to the groveland location but go out of my way to come hear to avoid that location. Recommend eating at this location!

Stopped in thru drive thru on Sunday 1/18/2026. Only received half my order, sent my 21 yr old daughter in to recover missing items (at least $10 missing food), she was ignored by employees, while door dashers were greeted and got items. After 10 mins she came out to me and explained what happened. I went in and requested items that had been paid for and STILL DID NOT receive the correct items. Girl with the pink colored hair should not have a job there, period. Will go to different locations now even if it’s out of the way. Very unhappy. For the record we Ordered 2 soft tacos, no lettuce, large nacho fry, 1 dipping burrito with nacho sauce, 1 chips and cheese sauce, 1 fiesta potato with no sour cream, 1 large Baja Blast Mt Dew, 2 extra cups of nacho cheese sauce. Easy enough. Check your bags!!! They’re charging full amount and not giving actual products!!
