Great service but the flavor butter pecan was not my favorite

We had to knock on the service window just to get someone to take our order, which wasn’t a great start. I ordered the Brownie Sundae, and it was surprisingly bland and lacked flavor. For the price, I expected something much better. Overall, it wasn’t worth the wait, the cost, or the experience, and it’s not something I would order again.

I came to Florida on vacation but was mainly looking very forward to coming to this ice cream shop. When I arrived I was greeted by a worker there named Genesis , she recommended the best flavors to me and was very positive and welcoming. Shoutout to Genesis!

5/18/26 Waited at the drive thru for five minutes before assuming it was closed. Parked the car and walked up to the window where we were greeted by the worker who didn’t even say hi but instead told use “we close in 10 minutes. You can order ONLY a cup or cone” I made the mistake of asking if I could get a fancy cone…the sigh and attitude I received was beyond ridiculous. The party before us and the people behind us were all complaining. You might want to reevaluate who you leave to close your establishment.

Hot fudge Sunday was great 👍

Can’t say whether this place is still good or not because we were never served during their normal business hours. We sat in the drive-thru indefinitely and finally drove off after being told they’d be right with us. The never came back and there were no other customers at this location at the time. Sad!

Nice end-of-day stop!

Alice Piccine is a great representative of your company. After having a flat nearby, we pulled into your parking lot on a hot Florida afternoon to change the tire. We are both in our 60's. While we changed the tire, she offered to help, brought water, and checked on us 3 times. When the spare ended up being flat also, she called her father and he came to repair the original flat tire. My point to all this is that Alice is an exceptional employee. You are lucky to have her. She cares about others and goes out of her way to help people in need. We love your ice cream and commend you for hiring Alice.

Something has changed. Second time I have visited this month and their chocolate ice cream recipe is no longer smooth and milky, but rather icy. Hope they go back to their original recipe.

Ice cream was delicious, very nice servers and I love the large array of choices. We will be repeat customers. Highly recommend them 👌

Just went to get my grandson a ice and whom ever the gentleman that was on speaker was very unprofessional when pulling up to speaker he didn’t greet properly he said WHAT

For some reason they haven’t been able to take cards for over two weeks but yet won’t take a $50 bill. We enjoy the ice cream but it’s just been an inconvenience the last few times we tried to go.
