BEST WESTERN OCEAN BEACH HOTEL AND SUITES

This is the best stay in Cocoa for the money. They've renovated the rooms. It's right at the pier. The staff are amazing. Housekeeping daily. Breakfast is phenomenal. Wouldn't stay anywhere else.

We decided last minute to stay a night at Cocoa Beach before heading back home. We are so happy we chose Best Western! The room was comfortable, clean and was exactly where we wanted - right on the beach! The service was incredible, responsive and helpful. We would do it all over again!

In the family suite the second bed is terrible and the ac is extremely loud

Beautiful suite.double queen with kitchen area and pulls out sofa bed literally in walking distance to the beach. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Pool on sight AMAZING AND SO CLEAN.only issue guests above us very loud and stomping most of evening. Other than that we will be back but will request top floor. Amazing scenery close to the pier!

Good spot, we were right on the beach. Close by to bars, restaurants, coffee shops. However, the rooms needed a better cleaning. There was a lot of details missed. Bathroom was not cleaned, shower drain was clogged, fridge was dirty. No cream or sugar for the coffee machine. Just little details missed. However we had a perfect room for the sunrise.

We enjoyed this hotel. It’s a little older but rooms are spacious. Location is great and pools are nice. Breakfast is also pretty good and free. Only thing we didn’t like is that they charge 20$ for parking.

The beach is stunning. The location couldn't be more perfect. The room was ok. The ac unit is really loud, the water doesn't taste great. But the breakfast was good.

We had a reservation paid in full. When we went to check in at 3:30pm, they said they had a “fire” and they canceled our reservation without even calling or emailing that our room was canceled. We drove 15 hrs to Cocoa Beach without a hotel room. RIDICULOUS!!! I doubt there was even a fire. At least call if something happened. Never go to this hotel again!!!

We had wonderful stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location was perfect as well as the ammenedies. I would definitely recommend.

It was one of the best sleeps in a hotel! I love hotel pillows and these were great. The food was great too so this is why they are receiving an average rating. The room was very difficult to find because the lobby is in one spot and then rooms are in another. The photos are misleading online and we found a cockroach in our room the following morning next to the side of the bed I was sleeping in. Yikes!

Love this place, close to home in Clermont easy drive. Plenty of parking, safe environment and complemantory breakfast provided, close to walking distance groceries and restaurants. Beach front rooms and great beach

Amazing view over the beach and great breakfast. The beds were comfortable BUT I found bedbugs in my bed :/

I was not given the rooms I paid for and reserved several months in advance. Not happy. Was told I received an upgrade to include a kitchen. I didn't need a kitchen was only staying the night. I wanted/paid for a king bed and connecting room to my sons family.

I absolutely loved my stay at the Best Western. The location is prime! The room was clean and beachy and the manager Arnell and the entire staff were extremely helpful and courteous. I can’t wait to come back.

Excellent spot. Definitely a place to be if you are going on a cruise the next day. This place offer shuttle from orlando airport to the hotel. And offer a shuttle to the cruise port. Trust me they will save you a lot of money. Laura was extremely helpful and professional. She was the one who told me about the shuttle. Even I only stayed for one day, the rooms were very comfortable.

Hi. This is Al in Atlanta and when we took a cruise to the Caribbean, we embarked onto the Oasis of the Seas in Port Canaveral. And so, we stayed at the Best Western right there on the Beach. This property has several buildings - not just one. ||Our room overlooked the beach and we found it to be very clean and inviting. We were able to walk out of the hotel and down a trail right onto the beach where we enjoyed the ocean AS WELL AS a long pier, which had a great restaurant and gift shop. ||In the morning, we walked over to their wonderful breakfast which was a buffet and very filling. ||This hotel is very cruiser friendly and they allowed us to park our car at the hotel for the week that we were gone AND they drove us over to the port terminal on the morning of the cruise. If we leave out of Port Canaveral on another cruise in the future, we will definitely stay here. ||Al

Stayed here with my family recently. We loved the view, the room is older and a few minor issues. we did get checked out before we were supposed to be so that was a bit inconvenient with three little wet kids and the key card not working. The pool by our building was closed so we didn't go explore the other one. Breakfast was just okay, the ladies were lovely and the best part of it!. Loved the balcony and highly recommend upgrading to that. Beds were comfy

Sinon, chambre qui n'avait aucune isolation phonique ; on entendait tout ce que la voisine disait. La climatisation d'un autre âge, faisait aussi 60 décibels ! Invivable ! Le rideau de douche n'était pas correctement placé. Du coup, toute l'eau s'écoulait sur le sol de la salle de bain ! Et manque de pot, l'alarme incendie bipait car les piles étaient mortes. Il a fallut qu'un technicien vienne pour les changer. Et enfin la salle du breakfast où on était table contre table, sans intimité, et avec des choix assez restreint sur la nourriture. Bref, pour 200 dollars, c'est le pire hôtel de notre séjour en Floride, et de loin !

We had a wonderful stay here!!! The front desk staff were very kind and friendly. The room was spacious and very clean! The view was amazing and it was very quiet during our stay. The beds were comfortable and the room had plenty of space for our family. The breakfast was amazing with so many options even for people with allergies. The breakfast attendants were very sweet and kept everything full and tidy. The pool was clean and inviting, but having walking access to the beach and the pier was amazing!. There are some great local eateries within walking distance. Overall we had a great stay and didn't want to leave!
