Clean rooms, amazing location, reasonable parking charge ($5/ night), and attentive staff. I asked for a few more towels and had them at my door in less than five minutes. Lisette was in training, but she was phenomenal. She was professional and caring. She went out of her way to help me get an early check in when she found out I had been awake since 2 AM for an early flight. Lisette is a gem!

We enjoyed our stay

We had a horrible visit. There was bugs, there was no hot water from storms and there was blood on our sheets. There people were nice though.

Habitaciones limpias, bien equipadas, TV solo en inglés, y me disculpan, pero, jamás, jamás, tuve un desayuno tan regular 😭😭 era difícil comer, por favor 🙏🏼 deberían revisar, no es posible la comida que brindan. Es mala, con tendencia aún peor.

I had a great 2 night stay on a solo trip. The location was perfect for the beach and food options. The staff was very friendly and the room was comfortable and clean. This will be my go to spot when I return.

El hotel para pasar una noche que es lo que hicimos está bien. La habitación normal. La atención en recepción fue muy buena por parte de una señora y una chica. Pero al día siguiente en el desayuno, la cocinera (una señora mayor que parece enfadada con la vida) nos trató verdaderamente mal. Éramos 6 personas y no nos dejó juntar dos mesas de 4. De muy malos modos nos hizo separarlas diez centímetros simplemente por molestarnos. A las preguntas que le intentábamos hacer (no hablamos inglés) todo eran malas caras y dejarnos con la palabra en la boca. Sinceramente creo que de haber sido nosotros estadounidenses su trato hubiera sido mejor. Un poco de racismo a lo español me parece que tiene esta señora. Solo por eso mi puntuación baja mucho mucho, porque nos hizo pasar un muy mal rato.

Bathroom wasnt very clean. Floor looks like it had been flooded a time or two in the past. "Breakfast" if you can call that it was an absolute joke. For the nearly $200 the room cost an actual area to sit and eat would have been nice. Then you have to pay $5 for parking? Parking was limited, not covered or patrolled. Entire place smelled of cigarettes and weed. This hotel was a joke. If we had to stay longer than over night we would have went elsewhere. Floors are uneven and pop when you walk. Doors both let in light from outside. This property does not have an ocean view from the balcony as the staff said. Dont waste your money on this hole in the wall.

Greeted with a smile. Miles was very accommodating. Tidy grounds. Very comfortable beds. Room had a very strong fragrance. Found 1 bedbug.

Friendly staff. Clean room. Bed slept very well. AC system works great. Enjoyed our quick stay. Thank you very much. Almost time to get on the big boat.

Definitely felt welcomed... Matt the desk guy was fantastic, he was just so kind. Then in the am the gal up front was Kat W was absolutely wonderful!!! They help give us information about the area as well treated us with such kindness.... I really felt safe and enjoyed my stay.

Great room in fab location for our needs with even a sea view. Service was excellent and all staff were very polite and approachable. Breakfast was continental but was varied and fulfilling. I would happily stay here again and recommend it without concern.

Miles and the rest of the team were personable, friendly, and helpful. The location was great as the beach was not too far behind the property. It was also in close proximity to many restaurants.
