Community Rating
Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
The inspection record is the stronger half of this page. Reviews mentioning service average 3.3 stars, so it divides opinion rather than settling it. Pacing follows at 29% of reviews, where ratings average 4.0.
One subject never comes up here: plate size. Newer reviews score better than older ones (5.0 recent against 3.5 earlier), so direction is worth weighing alongside the average. If you had to pick one number to represent this corpus it would be 5, the most frequently given rating (7 reviews).
Against that, the kitchen inspects well — an A (90/100), 1 intermediate and 7 basic violations at the most recent DBPR visit. DBPR last walked in on December 22, 2025. That puts it ahead of 42% of graded kitchens in Brevard County. The citations behind that grade include in-use food dispensing utensils properly stored and food-contact surfaces clean and sanitized.
The weak part of this listing is the experience, not the sanitation — those are different failures. Everything above is computed from the 14 reviews reproduced below.

Kids loved the donuts, was packed and had to wait a while.

How do you get a job at a coffee shop if you don't know the difference between milk and cream? .. oh you do know the difference, so you just dont care. Cool, got it.

Another should be zero stars. I've tried and tried, this location can not get it together. Second the rude staff reviews. Terrible
-
This location never delivers the mobile order within the time given. I've had to leave without my order more than once due to time constraints (the most recent being today). I would not recommend them for this service.
-
Very rude and aggressive staff. Wouldn't visit again. Clearly upset that someone even dared to walk in the door.
-
Over charging me for butter they never even gave me.

I go here for more than 10 years. I have lived in cocoa beach cape Canaveral and I have seen over 10 different managers come and go and many many employees. Your Employee Nathan is by far the best worker that you have. He is friendly, efficient, helpful, and makes the food and drinks taste better than anyone else on the team. He is a very good worker and I am beyond pleased when I see him making my drinks or food. He is the face I hope to see when I go to this Dunkin Donuts. I give Nathan a 10/10. The food even taste better when he cooks it. Some of the workers don't even heat up the bread and seem like they don't like working but Nathan is such a great asset to your company. Would definitely recommend him to any company for the greatest service and hospitality. Thank you Nathan.

This place is on point! Team seemed to be handling the chaos like they weren’t even phased with a line out the door every time we were there. Maria was there every time we went and she was so polite and helpful. Thanks for the kindness 🙌🏻
-
Too expensive. $16 for a dozen doughnuts
-
Always quick, despite no drive through and long lines. Always get my order right.
-
After giving this location more than one chance I have to give it one star. Takes forever to get an order if they are busy and you’ll be lucky if they get it right. Mobile app doesn’t make the wait any better. If the parking lot is full keep driving
