What diners say — our read

One subject runs through these 22 reviews more than any other: the staff. Front-of-house tends to be raised approvingly here, averaging 4.0 stars. Portion size is the next most common subject, in 36% of reviews (averaging 4.0).

The state of the room shows up in 27% of reviews as well, averaging 4.0. Of the 19 rated reviews, 15 sit at four stars or better and 2 at two or below. The single most common rating left here is 5 stars (9 of 19).

The kitchen graded a B (82/100) on 1 intermediate violations at its last inspection, which is roughly where the reviews sit too. The visit behind that grade was May 26, 2026. Ranked against Brevard County, it is safer than 21% of the restaurants we score.

With both signals pointing the same way, there is little to argue about on this listing. The reviews themselves follow, unedited and newest first.

Beautiful place and great people. Very convenient to get to the port if youre coming in the day before a cruise as we were. Plenty of beach items for rent to relax a little bit after our flight. Happy to be a Hilton Honors member! Will stay again when on my next trip and i look forward to it

We stayed two nights at this hotel. A lot of Cocoa Beach vacationers recommended this hotel which is why I booked it. I also am a Hilton fan, but this hotel does not seem Hilton-level. It is not quiet. I could hear the neighboring room in the bathroom and you also heard doors closing down the hall frequently. I booked an ocean view room for extra which was technically ocean view, but not as much of a view as I expected for the price. The rooms also don’t have balconies which I didn’t realize, but I do understand that was my poor research. The location is great and the direct beach access was awesome. My biggest complaint was the constantly lagging TV. It was very difficult to watch TV and some channels would not work at all. I expected more from a Hilton facility. I also had my young kids with me and while at the pool at 8 pm, the hotel was playing explicit music. Overall I would not stay here again and I did not find it very family friendly.

We had a fantastic stay at the Hilton Cocoa Beach Oceanfront! The staff was incredibly friendly and provided outstanding service from start to finish. Our room was spotless, modern, and beautifully updated. The kid-friendly atmosphere made it the perfect family getaway. We’ll definitely be back!

Good experience leaving for a cruise the next day!

  • June 24, 2026

The hotel is very clean, very nicely laid out, and has a lot of amenities. Food was really great, and the staff was super helpful. My only issue was that you're not allowed to use the carts as they are valet only. Seems kind of ridiculous but was really the only negative for us. It is, however, understandable from the hotel's point of view.

We enjoyed the Hilton Cocoa Beach Oceanfront hotel. It’s right on the beach which was a lot of fun. If you like, you can rent things like beach chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards. There is a small pool, which was fine because we spent all of our time on the beach anyways. They do not have a hot tub. The rooms are nice and had a great view of the ocean. We were supposed to have connecting rooms with our kids. We talked to the front desk a few months ago and requested connecting rooms for our kids, but they completely messed up and forgot which was frustrating. If you are going on a cruise, this is a fantastic place to stay the night before. We absolutely loved the beach and had a great time. Also, one of our rooms the volume on the TV did not work, which was a bummer.

Giving this spot 4 stars because the pool was smaller and you can see the grime at the edges in the water. Otherwise, the room was perfectly clean and no mildew in bathroom. All the little things were good. We didn’t see a microwave and when I called the front desk, they brought one to me. It was a little older, but it was clean and did the job. Small refrigerator that did keep some things cold. The beach was so easy to get to and our helper Brett set us up with chairs and an umbrella. Cost is $52 for 2 chairs and umbrella. A bit steep but this Florida sun is hot so come prepared. He came out to help us order drinks and brought food to us. And almost felt like a resort. We stayed in the 2 bedroom queen coastline view and had a nice view of the beach from the side which was nice. Food and drinks from the little tiki bar was good. A little overpriced in certain areas, but it was good. I will say this is definitely a family friendly vibe. I did see some diversity as well which was good. No loud or drunk crowds. Cocoa Beach is a very small area and there isn’t a whole lot to do. But this is a perfect place to get away if you want somewhere quiet for your kids to enjoy a nice safe beach and have some nice resort like accommodations. I would say this location is 100% worth it. The quick beach access and friendliness of staff sets it apart. If you want a touch of luxury in a small beach town- then I would say this is it. This Hilton does not have a marketplace like some of the…

The hotel is in a nice, quiet location and provided a peaceful stay overall. However, the toilet in our room had a leak and would randomly flush throughout the night, which was quite disruptive to sleep. If the plumbing issue is addressed, this would be a much more enjoyable place to stay.

This place is amazing and the staff is wonderfull!

  • June 19, 2026

Typical Hilton experience. Very friendly desk staff as well as great food counter service. I'll be back.

  • June 18, 2026

Great location and great staff. Room a bit dated and missed having a mini fridge.

  • June 17, 2026

It's just okay.. if you only care for great beach access, this is the place for you. The rooms were dated and furniture heavily worn. Carpet was so dirty it stained our feet, and it was wet when we checked in. The bathroom seemed to be recently renovated which was an upside. Pool is very tiny, but there's plenty of seating around. Those working the front desk are very kind.

This place is amazing! The attention to detail, service, and ambiance are simply wonderful. If you're visiting Cocoa Beach, this is an absolute must-stay. The property is right on the beach, and there's so much to do that you never even need to leave the resort to have a great time. Everything you need is right there. The staff was exceptional throughout our stay. Kyler, the bartender at the beach bar, went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. He is truly the kind of employee every hotel hopes to have on their team. There was also a tall bartender at one of the other bars (I'm sorry I don't remember her name) who was incredibly attentive, friendly, and professional. The front desk staff were superb as well. The restaurant was elegant, with a great atmosphere and excellent service. What impressed us most was how quickly the staff responded to our needs. We requested a microwave, and within five minutes someone had delivered one directly to our room. Overall, this was an outstanding experience from start to finish. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Cocoa Beach.

Props to Katie at the front desk for being awesome. ADA rooms are mislabeled in their system and we were put in a normal sized room which was awfully small even for normal standards. Katie worked quickly to get us moved to an ADA room which was perfect for wheelchair and walker space. Restaurants and tiki bar on premises were convenient. The only negative was the amount of unsupervised children at the pool. Parents were dropping their little ones in the pool with a life jacket and going to the bar, so there were kids screaming because they couldn't swim and were scared but their parents were nowhere around. On Saturdays they allow anyone to use their beach access and those people take advantage and also use the pool, so the pool reaches max capacity quick - I would avoid this hotel on the weekend.

  • June 6, 2026

Absolutely top of the line for the area.

  • June 3, 2026

The location was perfect. Plenty of parking. Direct access to the beach. The tiki bar was a great place to relax and hear some live music. Tracy and Briana at the tiki bar are awesome bartenders. All the staff was friendly.

Nice hotel, beautiful beach, expensive rentals/bar food & drinks, coffee shop was out of a lot of ingredients. We asked for late checkout & were given 12:00, at 10:30 house keeping walked right in the room, no knocking!!!

  • May 31, 2026

On the beach!! No complimentary beach furniture but plenty of towels. Snack bars, bars, coffee shop, ice cream! Attentive staff, tip cash!

The room and location was fine, as well as the amenities on the property. I requested a late check out and as a Hilton diamond reserve member, a 4pm late check out is always guaranteed at Hilton properties. However, I was denied this request by the lady at the front desk. I referred to the rules but she completely denied it and she did not seem aware of it. I even called Hilton customer service who confirmed that 4pm late check out is always guaranteed as a diamond reserve member, no matter availablity. They also confirmed that this rule apply at this property. They told me that the hotel was wrong for not granting me a late check out and told me that they were going to investigate it. I checked on the Hilton app and there was plenty of rooms available for the following night, meaning that availablity was not an issue. Since I had planned the stay based on the assumption of a 4pm late check out (due to my Hilton status), this created complications with planning the rest of the day. Overall the stay was good, but their negligence towards loyal Hilton customers left a bad taste.

Very nice comfortable clean rooms. Lacking hooks or holders in the bathroom. 2 attached outside bars and an inside dining area. Food and drinks a little on the higher price side but were really good. Very casual atmosphere with pleasant staff.

  • May 27, 2026

The room view was disappointing, make sure that you understand the difference between ocean view and oceanfront. The outside restaurant was horrible, Customer Service does not exist, we canceled our food order after a very long wait ended end up going somewhere else to eat. Save yourself the disappointment and book a Different location.
