Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
Something changed. Recent visits score noticeably higher than earlier ones. Reviews that raise front-of-house average just 1.8 stars — this is where the complaints concentrate.
A third strand, how food arrives, appears in 18% of them at 4.0 stars. The split is 9 positive to 13 negative across 22 rated reviews. The single most common rating left here is 1 star (12 of 22).
The kitchen graded a B (89/100) on 2 intermediate and 5 basic violations at its last inspection, which is roughly where the reviews sit too. The visit behind that grade was August 13, 2025. Ranked against Brevard County, it is safer than 39% of the restaurants we score. For specifics, the last inspection cited food-contact surfaces clean and sanitized and single-service and single-use items.
If cleanliness is what you care about, the reviews are the better guide here; if it is the kitchen, the grade is. Full reviews follow below in the order they were left.

Excelente relación de precio - calidad.

Drive thru service is horrible here. The workers seemed lost and could not answer simple questions then the manager came and she was very dismissive. Will never go there again. Worse McDonslds I have ever been at and I fly all over the U.S. & abroad. Even the McDonalds in Japan was more together.

Went to the drive thru for a large ice water. Was told it’d be like 50 cent and was charged $7. Found out later when I saw the little apple pay transaction notification. The water tasted like bathroom air btw. Played phone tag with the store before I just called my bank. Yes, $7 is not a lot, but if I wanted to pay $7 for water, I would’ve went to the store and bought two 40-pack cases… (Sam’s Club 40pk for $3.98 😉) Almost even forgot about this but I saw a tiktok while doomscrolling talking about how mcdonald’s always messing up someone’s order. Can’t even get water right smh. Universal experience I see. And you’re welcome to whoever’s order I apparently paid for.

I ordered in the app, which I’ve never done. When we arrived, it was super easy to tell them we were there. They asked my husband to try his drink because it looked light, and they immediately fixed it. Food was hot and good!

Shout out to Madison and “Fox” for being the most unprofessional people in this location. We placed a mobile order for 1 sandwich and had a separate order we placed through the drive thru, when we got to the speaker we advised of the mobile order number then we drove to the pickup window and “Fox” advised me that I would have to go around again to get this order even though we provided the mobile order number.

Ate dinner here while on vacation and my grandson ended up with food poisoning the next morning he had vomiting and diarrhea terribly. The lady that works behind the counter was not very friendly and acted like she hated to even be there. This place need a food safety and health check.

Did not get my breakfast sandwich, nor would they give a refund or get my sandwich to me

Came by two days in a row at 6am. It says they are open but no one answers the drive thru. I sat for a couple minutes and nothing.
-
We asked for no salt on the fries. The fries was hot and good.

Tables all sticky, took 15 minutes to get our food, hot food was cold, food tasted & smelled off, manager assured us it was totally fine, signs warned against staying past 30 minutes!. My expectations for McDonald's are low to begin with, but this was ridiculous .

Drive thru staff has a real attitude in the morning.

They gave me sour coffee with sour milk creamers when I told the manager she looked at me like I was lying the milks were sour I opened one and it stunk not looking at dates they should be reported to the board of health department that’s what I should do then the second time they gave me coffee and the lid was not closed the coffee spilled on me and all over the inside of my car no I’m sorry nothing I will not be coming here. I don’t recommend anyone coming there

This place has a really bad smell, this place smells as a homeless shelter. This place needs some deep cleaning. I can tell the lady is doing her best to keep this place clean, but if they allow homeless to walk and sit inside is impossible to avoid that hard smell. Nothing against homeless, they’re humans too but this needs some attention.
