The food is always fresh and delicious 😋.

It was all tasty, we really liked the broken claw option. But this is the only seafood restaurant we've ever been to that doesn't serve lemons. We asked. But they sell gallons of lemonade? Other than that, no complaints.

My family and I had a great meal. Thank you.

Best seafood place in Florida hands down everybody should come here and try it at least once while down in cocoa the food is delicious and the workers are very friendly and had amazing service!

We were in the mood for crab legs decided to give this place a try. When we arrived we were immediately seated and the girl told us when we were ready to order come to the counter. Ordering was quick and easy. She was very helpful in getting us the most for our money. The food came out quick but the crab legs were cold and were very hard to get the meat out of. I would suggest ordering the pieces rather than a cluster of crab legs is was a little cheaper and you get much more. On a positive note the seafood Mac and cheese was delicious!

Waited over an hour for our food and they make you pay and tip when you place the order. Was finished eating my food before I got my drink after asking 3 times. Less food than I was expecting for the price.

The food was delicious! Our meal was well seasoned and cooked to perfection. I enjoyed the Mac & Cheese and the lemonade was good too. We would definitely return. It was busy and there was a wait - but the food was well worth it.

I'm going to leave an honest review after having been here when they first opened amd now again. Everyone's tastes are different but will give mine and my husband's experience. I ordered the crackin snack plate with coleslaw and shrimp added. My husband ordered the shrimp bowl over rice. My plate was seasoned well...not overdone and not too much seasoning. The butter served with it, I'm unsure what it was or if it was butter, but did not satisfy my taste buds. I'd have just preferred plain melted butter. The coleslaw was flavorful albeit a little watery. The plate was served with scissors to cut the crab (better than the plastic forks) but for me a metal fork wouldve worked better and not hurt my hands as much. The corn and potatoes were good. My husband's bowl came and he felt it was pretty small but had 12 shrimp so that was good. He did feel it was overly oily. The aesthetics seem unchanged from last time I was there. It could really use some revamping to make it more aesthetically pleasing (floors were sticky, rustiness in the bathroom, ceiling air vents dirty). The young girl working at the counter was very friendly and helpful and both girls working checked on us a couple times.

We enjoyed our first experience here. The fish plate gives you two large pieces of fish. I love that they were accommodating in helping us order everything we wanted to try.

The staff was amazing most of the menu was excellent, the fried shrimp was a little salty, but everything else really good.

Absolutely terrible experience at The Crackin Crab in Cocoa Beach. We were seated and never even got water. Instead of taking our order like a normal restaurant, we were told to order online while sitting inside the establishment. What’s the point of having servers if customers are expected to do everything themselves? The staff did virtually nothing, yet we’re still expected to pay restaurant prices and tip for service that wasn’t provided. To make matters worse, they didn’t have crab crackers. Apparently they had some type of substitute, but those were out too. How does a seafood restaurant run out of basic tools needed to eat crab? That’s like a pizza place running out of pizza cutters. They also didn’t have metal utensils and served our seafood boil in cardboard containers, which made the whole experience feel cheap and unorganized. As if that wasn’t enough, after we finished eating, we were told to clean up our own table. Seriously? At a restaurant? We already had to order our own food online, never received basic service, and now we’re expected to bus our own table too? At that point, it felt more like a cafeteria than a sit-down restaurant. The only positive thing I can say is that the mac and cheese was actually really good. Between the lack of service, missing essentials, being asked to clean up after ourselves, and the overall disorganization, this was one of the most frustrating restaurant experiences I’ve had. Whenever in Florida this is where we eat!!! We leave for our cruise from Port Canaveral. We now come a day early just so we can eat at Q’s Crackin crab and seafood before cruising. This is our favorite spot. Sending love from Columbia, SC.

Stopped in because it came highly rated online. Food was decent but the crab was overcooked and wouldn’t come out of the shell good. Butter was cold and had solidified. All they give you is a plastic fork..can’t really pry the shell apart with that. Potatoes and corn had zero flavor. The “seafood” Mac n cheese is just imitation crab on top, honestly not worth the extra money. The fried crab honestly made no sense because it was fried in the shell so once you cracked it, the breading came off. Bathrooms were dirty, no soap, standing water in the sink, and no paper towels. Honestly super disappointed going here. I will say the blonde server appeared to be the only one waiting tables and she was very nice. The wait was crazy.

The food was tasteless. They just added the Seasoning on top of the food. The seasoning was the worst also the food was cold and very expensive I spent $68 and I got a small tray have barely food in there

The food was delicious and the staff was friendly.

Unfortunately had to ask for a refund after waiting 90 minutes with still no food. Bathroom was disgusting and everything was slightly dirty honestly. The staff was great but maybe understaffed.

Very disappointed. My whole family LOVE crab legs but due to finances only really get them on vacation or a couple times a year. We seen the pictures online and were excited to try this place out, but we were severely let down. Mediocre at best. And idk what’s up with the butter but it’s not the melted clarified butter most places provide. More like room temp margarine.

Shrimp were delicious after I wiped off the seasoning. Crab legs. Hmm. I order a cluster, had no tools to Crack them. I missed having someone to help...

Everything was absolutely amazing!! If you’re by this place, stop!! You won’t regret it!! Get the seafood Mac!!

They were out of lobster, sausage and dungeness crab, otherwise it was a delicious meal
