Community Rating
Reviews via GoogleWhat diners say — our read
Reviews here split hard: 15 five-star against 2 one-star, with little in between. Reviewers who mention service rate this place 4.1 on average — it is working in the restaurant’s favour. Whether it is worth the money follows at 21% of reviews, where ratings average 2.8.
Behind those, how long an order takes is raised in 17% of reviews (3.5 average). If you had to pick one number to represent this corpus it would be 5, the most frequently given rating (15 reviews). Newer reviews score better than older ones (4.6 recent against 4.0 earlier), so direction is worth weighing alongside the average.
On the health side, the most recent DBPR inspection returned a C (76/100) with 2 high-priority, 2 intermediate, and 2 basic violations — middling, much like the reviews. DBPR last walked in on February 3, 2026. On health score it sits safer than 12% of the Brevard County restaurants we grade. The citations behind that grade include food from approved source and food-contact surfaces clean and sanitized.

Great sports grill near the beach... Had a couple of pepperoni slices and queso with beef which both were excellent... If you park in their parking lot, go to their sign and pay there (have your parking spot number with you) and they will validate your ticket and take that amount directly off of your tab... We did 2 hours and they validated the $9

It was super busy when we went and no one greeted us so we didnt know where to go. Once we sat down, our waitress wasnt super tentative (but again, super busy) same with our drinks. There was live music and it was very nice!

Great time with the kids and grands while they were visiting. Grandkids wanted to try gator, & Sandbar was the first place I thought of.

My bf & I were visiting the area & a co-worker recommended this place & decided to try it. Delicious food and friendly staff. Took awhile for the food to arrive but was worth the wait. Def give it a try!

Stopped in for dinner and decided to dine in the outdoor seating area. It wasn’t noisy even though we were right by the road and they had fans to help keep it cool on a hot 86 degree evening. The waitress was prompt and answered all questions regarding the menu. She provided refills before they were needed and checked back often to be sure we didn’t need anything. I ordered the Baja fish and chips. It was mahi mahi and the breading was well flavored and done crispy just as I like it. Will absolutely recommend to others and stop back if we get a chance!

Someone recommended this restaurant to me, and I was really excited to try it, but I was very disappointed with the experience. The service was poor, as our server was slow and walked past our table several times without acknowledging that our water glasses were empty. With it being summer, having water refilled should be a basic courtesy. The food was also disappointing. I was expecting more seafood options, but the menu felt more focused on Mexican-style dishes, which was not what I was looking forward to. The atmosphere and music were enjoyable, but unfortunately they were not enough to make up for the lackluster service and food. Overall, I left feeling disappointed and would not recommend this restaurant for its food or service.

Server Jarrell was fantastic and friendly. Gave great recommendations

Cool little spot , music is a little loud to have a normal conversation. Food was okay with decent portions, service wasn't bad but wasn't anything over the top.
-
Convenient spot on the beach food and drink was OK
-

Great cocktails!
-
The alligator tail was really good, the sandbar steak is so good, comes with a lot of food, but good. The shrimp was good too!
-
Great beach bar with nightly specials. Taco Tuesday is the best!
-
I guess this is a place for only 50-60 year olds because the first time I went to this place I was 23 and got told my ID was fake because I moved from SC to FL and hadn’t changed my ID yet, 2 years later while I’m walking in looking for a seat I get cornered in the corner of the restaurant and asked for my ID before I ever sit down more less order a drink yet. Profiles young people and honestly could’ve make my drink at home if I was going to deal with this shit
-
It’s a bar. Food was fast. Blackened fish tacos had a bucket of salt on them. Not recommended, but hey they were half price on Tuesday
-
Did have anything to eat. Have the hurricanes always a good drink to have especially if you're just visiting. Indoor/outdoor dining
-
We really like this place, but too many wrongs with every visit to make it the right place. Sorry. Not worth the hour drive.
