This place sucks.

I keep seeing replies “feedback noted” but theres still no change unfortunately. still cannot bring your own water in.. money hungry energy?? saw an old security guard following people as well. super uncomfortable🥹🥲

Bad experience with staff, my friend got kick out for just push ups

I saw them kick someone off their pier for simply doing pushups. They should be embarrassed. Nothing is more un-American than that! SHAME

Came to do some push ups to keep in shape and was promptly cussed out and body slammed by the security team at the request of management. Do not recommend coming here for any reason. Horrible staff, horrible place, horrible experience.

Jeremy has been our server several times over the years and he's awesome!! Will be back again on our next trip of course :)

Food is always great. Jeremy is the best server ever! Remembers us each year and always takes the best care of us. Great to see a place with phenomenal employee retention. That says a lot!

Terrible experience

extremely rude staff… especially this older lady and younger girl with tattoos and piercings. Gave my grandmother ugly looks, and myself when entering the shop. My parents were there way before me and I decided to join them after eating at the pier’s restaurant. It was a rainy day so things were closing earlier I assume, and instead of greeting me when entering. I was told that I couldn’t be in the shop because the shop was closing in 5 minutes. And was told again by the younger lady. I said I’m with my parents, who were already shopping. Ugly faces. There were 5 mins left ? What was the issue? I wanted to buy an item to have for memory since I’m from Texas, but it instantly killed my mood. There were other ladies in the shop too? Why weren’t they told anything? Was it because my family and I were darker complex? I thought about this interaction the whole day. Extremely rude and disappointed. I understand the shop was going to close , but the vides and the delivery were very negative and unkind. Do better.

Rude workers

Bar at end of pier had good food. Bowls were very food and calamari was fresh. Service was fast and friendly. Shaved Ice had good flavor and not over priced. Gift shop at the entrance had a good selection.
