What diners say — our read

Recent diners are rating this place better than the back catalogue suggests. Where service comes up, the rating that follows averages 4.9, so it reads as a strength. Serving size is the next most common subject, in 21% of reviews (averaging 4.8).

Freshness shows up in 16% of reviews as well, averaging 3.7. Of the 19 rated reviews, 17 sit at four stars or better and 2 at two or below. If you had to pick one number to represent this corpus it would be 5, the most frequently given rating (15 reviews).

On the health side, the most recent DBPR inspection returned a B (83/100) with 1 high-priority, 1 intermediate, and 6 basic violations — middling, much like the reviews. DBPR last walked in on April 28, 2026. Across its inspection history the kitchen is declining, which argues for reading the older reviews with caution. Ranked against Brevard County, it is safer than 22% of the restaurants we score. The citations behind that grade include wiping cloths and food-contact surfaces clean and sanitized.

With both signals pointing the same way, there is little to argue about on this listing. Everything above is computed from the 19 reviews reproduced below.

This place is great! It is family friendly with plenty of room to spread out. Our kids loved it because nature is at the forefront. The food was also amazing! We got our kids to eat clams, alligator and shrimp. They loved it!! Please try this place out you won't regret it.

The food fried food was completely overcooked ..the catfish had a HARD CRUNCHY BREADING WITCH LEFT VERY LITLE FISH INSIDE TO TASTE.. THE GATOR TAIL BITE WERE THE SAME AS WELL AS THE FRITTERS.. THE COLE SLAE WAS DRY AND TASTELESS AND THE BAKED BEANS TASTED LIKE THEY WERE DUMPED FROM A CAN OF PORK N BEANS .. WE WILL NEVER EVER EAT THERE AGAIN .. WHAT HAPPENED ??? IT USED TO BE BETTER. Brought the kids and grandkids from Tennessee. Outdoor seating with beautiful scenery of the water and gators. Food was great! Had the gator and frog legs. The airboat ride was gteat also. Saw lots of gators and an eagle. My family and I will be back!

First off…the location is awesome! Be aware it is an open air facility, but there are plenty of fans and shaded seating. Shrimp Jammer appetizer is a great twist on fried shrimp + a mozzarella stick! My husband’s West Virginia burger was spot on and delicious! My cheeseburger was solid…cooked perfectly well done for me without being a dry hockey puck. The fries were excellent! The staff was very friendly and fixed a minor error easily and efficiently. We’ll definitely be back!
