Worst experience ever wouldn’t break $100 for $50 worth of food

I ordered 3 Quadruple Pounder with cheese, or Double Double. I had a long drive that day, way too exhausted to check the bag, just wanted to get home asap. And guess what, they only gave me 3 Triple pounders. There should be four patties per burger, but they only gave me 3 patties per burger. Got ripped off. I there was once I went into the restaurant physically to pickup my Double Double. The employee couldn't do math and started to argue with me. I had to speak to their manager to get their math straighten out. Overall, there's better McDonald's, I only come here for convenience.

Best drive through experience ever. It surprised us

3rd times a charm...Last 3 times I stopped I the drive thru as the only car there for about 30 seconds. Car pulls up in other lane gets served immediately. Next car behind them pulls up gets served and I finally get asked to wait, but I've already waited for 2 others to get served while I was waiting to be acknowledged. I did not give you my order as customer service is obviously not on the top of your list

WOW! My burger is not cooked! The most pink I have ever seen in a burger from fast food. Today is the last time I ever go to mcdonalds again. Funny I can't post my pic

I ordered my food and paid for it before 10:30 and assumed that that was enough to reserve the order and then I showed at 10:38am assuming the food was already prepared and McDonald’s canceled my order for me! If I would’ve known that I would’ve stopped here first. 😡

Clean, staff nice, food a bit slow but fresh.

Customer service is truly disgusting and terrible.... I paid for a large coffee and they gave me a small one. I complained, they treated me badly, and in the end I told them I didn't want anything. I paid for the coffee and didn't receive it.

whoever the black lady with glasses is at the back register around 9 am on 4/15/26, one of the sweetest workers i have ever met! she was so sweet and said some really wise words that i appreciated. you can tell she has such a kind soul, she definitely made my morning!

Long wait for curbside, then a meal was left out. Food was otherwise decent Update-drive thru experience time 4/12/26 helped redeem the last one some though my daughter's deluxe quarter pounder was with ketchup only (she requested no cheese or mustard).
